I went in for a trial and worked with Brad! The gym was never my thing but he gave me some good tips to be more confident and comfortable and I had a great time! I think the gym will be my thing this time around!!

Defined Fitness had been my gym for over 10 years. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable especially Mike Garcia.I would highly recommend this location!

I had a very nice experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was impressed by how clean and organized the weight and cardio floor was and I loved the pool. I would definitely recommend the Mesa Club to family and friends.

My favorite part is the kids club and the girls in there. They're super nice and my littles never had a problem going with them. Childcare is a necessity for us and we really appreciate what they do for us :)

The staff is always extremely helpful and highly energetic! The facility is always clean and super nice to use. Definitely earned the 5 stars!
