I love this small executive feeling health club. It has a dry sauna, steam saunas, a pool, a jacuzzi, racquetball courts, and all the equipment I need for a good workout. Never seems to crowded. Friendly staff and me, a super helpful, knowledgeable trainer!

What a great gym. This place has a lot to offer. I do lap swimming in the heated pool, and the hot tub is nice after a workout. I love the accomodations too in the locker room, and everything is so clean. Customer service is exceptional. I'm happy to be a member. I highly recommend this gym.

The staff is always friendly and helpful and there is always plenty of equipment to go around. I'm never waiting. I also love the variety of equipment, including the pool area and racquetball courts and classes. The variety keeps me excited to come back.
