Worked out there today since I am in town coming from Germany. Daypass 5 Bucks, whole procedure took about 20 seconds and then I was off working out in this great no-frills gym. Nice manager/owner. Will be back when / if in town.

Horrible service. The manager has failed to learn how to talk to people respectfully. The way a manager behaves towards potential clientele is very telling of the experience you’ll get at a gym. Do not recommend for female gym goers.

I've been going here for a long time. I've jumped around a lot of gyms and honestly this is the best one in ABQ. It has fantastic machines, best in the city a good selection of free weights. and racks. Overall, it's a fantastic old-school bodybuilding gym that's also not bad for powerlifting.

Best gym in the city. The place has a great vibe. Lots of equipment, friendly people. It was easy to sign up for and affordable. The place is very clean and well taken care of.

I usually have no problems with the place, but tonight I was maxing out my squat and on my very last rep. I was coming up slow, but my form was good and I was almost at the top, when one of the older employees who wear glasses came a grabbed the bar off of me. He didn’t try to spot me, just removed the bar and told me to use the safety. I do when I need them, but I didn’t. He absolutely ruined my last rep, didn’t ask if I needed help, and didn’t let me finish my lift. I get being concerned that someone might hurt themselves, but he didn’t even give me a chance to finish the lift or try to spot me or anything. I am very annoyed and will be looking for another gym.

I love this place. Every time I visit from out of town, they offer a daily rate that can't be beat. No frills, just fitness. Thank you Liberty Gym!

Liberty is a good gym. Especially if you just need a place to work out for a day with their $5 pass. They have just about every price of equipment under the sun, and while a lot of it is older, it's well maintained. Also lots of power racks, which I appreciate.I knocked off one star for atmosphere. Definitely a "bro" vibe here both times I have been. This latest time, there was a group of them camping on the deadlift platform and being being loud and obnoxious. They were actually, unironically calling each other "bro". Topics of discussion included the possibility of running steroid cycles. But at least it's not like Defined where they're discussing the steroids they're already on.

#1 place to work out in Albuquerque. I met Dave Bautista here in 2019. Guests can pay $5 for a day pass!!

I went out to ABQ on vacation for about two weeks & needed a gym to work out at during that time every other day. I met who with was I think the owner & he let me get a pass for two weeks even though i didnt see it as an option on the site. The cost was very cheap. The facility is very clean compared to some of the gyms i have been to on my travels. The owner does a decent job also compared to some of the gyms i have been to where equipment is run down etc. This is a great gym if you are looking for mainly resistence training & some light cardio. Hopefully this brings more business.

Such an awesome gym. In town for a few days and found this place. The guy at the desk was super helpful and they had ALL the good stuff. (4 squat racks :D) The daily fee was ridiculously cheap.
