Snap Fitness is a wonderful place to work out and highly recommended. I signed up for personal training with Snap because of my health issues. Cassandra was my personal trainer. She is very knowledgable and a great trainer. She helped me get started and pushed me beyond my limits. At the end of 3 months my health is much better and my body is in very good shape. Thank you Snap for all your help.

My wife and I are working with Jeremy and Cassandra as trainers. They are awesome as we are losing weight while gaining flexibility and muscle weight. They custom the program for you and it's working for us. Awesome!!

I have recently moved to the Carmel location and have been very satisfied, very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Jeremy Jamieson is my trainer and I have been with him for a couple of years now. He is professional and has helped me achieve the results I am seeking,

I’ve been a member at this gym for a while, which in itself is nice and clean.Here’s my issue. I called at the end of September asking for my membership to be paused because I would be living outside Albuquerque for the foreseeable future. Four months later I get charged with my full membership fee. Which will now not be refunded (as I continue to not live in abq) due to requiring a 30 day cancellation.I’m confused because in a review below me you state the 30 day cancellations aren’t strictly enforced. I also was told I would get a call back (which never happened) when I asked on the phone if I could get refunded. Just confusing considering I thought my membership was paused and now I’m charged with no way to refund.Just a heads up.

This gym is a fantastic place to work out it is always clean and in order. The equipment is great and they Supply cleaning supplies to wipe down everything after you use it.

This Snap location is by far my favorite! Even though it’s just a tad further away from me than the other locations, I go the extra distance specifically because of the comfort, the cleanliness, and the smaller size of this location. It’s the best way to start (and sometimes end) my day and I look forward to continuing my membership at SNAP! Thanks y’all!
