The best gym you will find in the DMV area period! Two buildings worth of equipment! The owner is so knowledgeable and cares about keeping the equipment in its best condition for the members, not to mention they have some fantastic equipment that you will never find at some commercial gym and they are always updating! The staff are the best, super friendly and encouraging! You don’t have to be a bodybuilder to go here you just have to be serious about your health! The prices are great too! You are definitely getting your money’s worth at this gym. And it’s 24 hours…. I mean c’mon guys it’s a no brainer! Did I mention the owner actually cares!!!!! He turned a second building into the barbell club because he recognized the need for an area for people training strength sports. If that’s not paying attention to your members I don’t know what is!!! The members are great people too! Always willing to exchange information and help someone out! The owner encourages no bad attitudes when you come into his gym and you can tell the members appreciate that and show respect to everyone. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone in the area! You won’t find a better deal!!!!

I’ve been a member for a few weeks and must say that I’m beyond impressed! Sign up was seamless and I was even given a tour although they were super busy.It’s rare to find a gym that puts people over profit, provides a first rate experience, prides it’s on having the most cutting edge equipment and has cultivated a gym culture of inclusivity.This gym has something for everyone; from beginners to professional athletes. If you are looking for a gym home, this may just be it! They are also metro accessible.

I joined DMV Iron in April of 2021 in hopes to find a gym that can challenge me, become family to me and continue to accomplish my goals in. Boy, this gym exceeded my expectations. Worth my 20-25 min drive and could have stuck out the gym across from me. Leo creates the most welcome atmosphere in the DMV area. He hand picks various equipments that are simply unique, has them polished or puts them together knowing it has a specific purpose. Alongside with the best equipment, has the best community along with it. Have grown mentally and physically just by joining this gym. DMV Iron has been the highlight of me moving across country again and has truly become my second family. Thank you for all you do. 😊

By far, best gym I've ever been a member of. If you're looking for an underground feel with some of the best machines around this si the spot! Motivating atmosphere keeps your workouts intense. Highly recommend as the best in DMV area.Update: Still the best gym I've ever been a member of!

Best gym I’ve ever been to in my life! While being Active Duty in Washington DC in the Air Force, I was a member of this gym the entire time. Words and pictures don’t do justice for how amazing the gym is in person… and if you ever do go, ask for Jon! He’s Active Duty military himself and is always available for a great tour! Already miss the place 🇺🇸

Hands down this is the best gym I’ve ever been too. They have everything plus that you need. The machines are easier on your joints. The owner really pays attention to what is needed. Looking forward to seeing this gym grow. I haven’t personally met the owner yet but from what I am hearing he is pretty cool and laid back. If you are serious about lifting come check in!

My gf and I joined this gym about 6 months back. This gym is incredible. I call it a clean and nice "meathead" gym which is unusual in a good way. The equipment is insanely good and hard to find anywhere else. The owner constantly makes improvements. The members are nice and rack the weights (my biggest pet peeve at most gyms!). The gym is very clean and well taken care of. I have been to a lot of gyms from Lifetime to LA to competitor gyms like Metroflex, Miami Strong and a few others in the Dallas area mainly. Nothing against those gyms but this gym is simply better.This gym helped springboard me into my first competition in over 4.5 years however not everyone who comes here is a competitor. There are all kinds of gym goers here which makes the environment that much better. Even with gas prices how they are now I drive my truck 30 mins to this gym everyday and I never regret it. The price is very affordable especially considering the gym is always improving which is tough because it is already great. I cannot recommend this gym enough.Also as a quick aside this gym has 282 reviews (incl this one) with 9 1 stars where it seems like only one person was even a member, 2 3 stars and 2 4 stars. The rest are 5 stars which is absolutely unheard of when it comes to any type of business. That is all you need to know. A very good case could be made that this is the best gym in America.

I was so excited to join this gym after reading so many positive reviews. However, when I tried to pay the 12-month contract up front I was told no. I don't understand. It's a win-win situation. I get reimbursed by my employer and they get 12 months of gym membership and fees paid upfront. I guess DMV Iron doesn't want my business.

DMV is a very special gym! One of the best in the country. It truly has the best equipment ever made in the industry…from old to the newest technology. The owner has strategically handpicked the equipment for all of your fitness goals. A+ Must see!

Unequivocally, the BEST gym in the NOVA/DC/MD region. As a bodybuilder, this is the true lifter’s playground. As a fitness enthusiast, you WlLL love it just as equally. There is no shortage of equipment to meet your fitness goals and needs. Plus, everyone is incredibly friendly and supportive… and, puts their weights away, unlike what you’ll find at most corporate gyms. Oh.. and the gym is incredibly clean. Personally, for me, making the switch from a local corporate gym to DMV Iron was the BEST decision.
