I had never done small group fitness before, but now I'm hooked. StarFit is exactly what I need to get back in shape after covid. The classes fly by and the trainers are super helpful.

StarFit Studio is a great place to workout! I love the small group strength training sessions. All the trainers are great and the workouts are never the same. I highly recommend StarFit Studio.

StarFit has managed to get me active! I can now say that I don’t get winded going upstairs, hahaha. I’ve been going to StarFit since October, and I can honestly say I love it. The Starfit team is just so fun! I now go to the gym 4-5 times a week and never felt better.Thanks to Alex and the Starfit team for making me healthier!

Fantastic gym with small class sizes and awesome trainers who are patient and very good at “teaching” and ensuring good form. The camaraderie with the other “trainees” is a definite bonus. Highly recommend!

Moving to the suburbs from the city meant limited options for working out- at least that was my assumption. StarFit proved me wrong! This studio is probably the best one I’ve been to yet- lots of equipment, amazing trainers, and the thing I love most- an inclusive environment. Highly recommend!

I'm so glad I happened across StarFit while looking into training options! I was looking for accountability and community after two years of fitness on my own (pandemic) and despite trying out a few places, I hadn't found the right fit. Starfit has a great setup (each station has all the equipment needed for all workouts), very small group classes, and they are very welcoming and communicative from day 1. It's a great value with several membership options, an easy to use app for scheduling (and access to video training for home), and transparent terms that allow for flexibility in rescheduling.

StarFit is AMAZING. Don’t even hesitate to join. I’m so glad I stumbled across this place while taking my kids to their own classes in the same lower level of the Harrison Center. The instructors are friendly and personable and accommodating to any of your physical limitations and goals. Allie is also a fantastic sign-on buddy to walk you through getting started! I’ve taken Yoshiko, Tamm and Danielle’s classes so far, they are so great! And everyone who attends the class with you has been such a pleasure to work out and chat with. Come work out with us!

Can’t say enough good things about StarFit! The community is amazing, and the classes are the perfect mix of cardio, strength training, and core (lots of variety keeps it fresh, too!). The trainers are what have really kept me coming back, though. They really know their stuff, and even in a small group class, they somehow manage to make you feel like you’re the only person in the room. (The modifications and corrections they’ve provided have been incredibly helpful and super empowering for me.) Would definitely recommend!

I couldn’t have imagined a better experience with StarFit! I have absolutely loved the classes, the trainers are attentive, the gym is clean, and the atmosphere is amazing. I am so glad that I found them! The comfort of being in an all women gym is unmatched! Highly recommend!

StarFit Alexandria is absolutely amazing!!! The staff/trainers are outstanding. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and patient. It’s the perfect place to achieve your fitness goals no matter your level of fitness. The atmosphere is awesome. I always have a great time and never feel out of place. The session packages are reasonably priced and there’s options for everyone. Although the sessions are only an hour, you won’t walk away feeling cheated because the trainers make the most of that time.They also have plenty sessions available each day to fit your schedule. Most importantly StarFit is very responsive to the ever changing COVID challenges and have taken steps to incorporate safety precautions and options in line with all guidance to keep members safe.
