StarFit Studio

Starfit is the best! I joined about 5 years ago, and can't imagine ever leaving! the quality of workout in an hour is unmatched in any other fitness program I've ever done. It has given me a consistent routine, that doesn't get boring and that I don't have to think about. I now have muscle definition over my entire body, and have seen my body change and grow stronger. though my weight has increased, my physique and total body fat are so much better! I love belonging to an all woman gym, where I don't have to be concerned about my hair, or outfit or if I have a streaky spray tan. It is truly a judgement free zone, for women of all sizes and abilities. I can't recommend it enough!

I love working out at StarFit. The trainers are awesome and the ladies that I workout with are funny and laid back. The personalities of everyone make it so easy to go back day after day. The workouts are tough but that's what I need. The personal trainers are very knowledgeable and the size of the classes allows for them to correct bad form. You should try it!

Finally, a fun, motivating place to work out. I've been going for a few months and have lost weight, gained energy, and feel great! The trainers are enthusiastic, and the workouts are constantly changing. There's always something new.

Great place to take control of the weights and get the heart pumping.

It was helpful having a team approach. You get a great, varied workout with nutrition counseling on the side. I used equipment that other gyms finally procured after I said StarFit uses them. Unfortunately, the gym where I live now hasn't caught up with StarFit.

The small group sessions are perfect for women that can't seem to get it done alone. The women are nice and you are sure to learn something at each session. I have personally seen great results from attending two sessions a week( sometimes 3 if I couldn't make it the week before) it's definitely worth a try.

I had reached my highest in weight this past year and was so frustrated with how much I let myself go. Moving back to my hometown and discovering this new gym up the street, I decided to give it a try and see if it would help with my frustration. Well, it did more than that...it gave me back the confidence I lost and reminded me how much I missed working out. The trainers at StarFit are just absolutely incredible and give you the focus that you need to not only get back into shape, but making sure you love doing what you're doing. I started feeling awesome, and along with making small improvements in my diet, my weight started melting off, but more importantly, I was just happy to feeling like my usual happy self again.I can't rave about StarFit enough...they are my saving grace during a bad time in my life, and the family you become a part of when you join the gym is just amazing.

If you are frustrated with not getting results or are already a seasoned fitness expert, then the program and professionals at StarFit is exactly were you need to be. I know I felt welcomed and comfortable starting with my initial phone contact with Michelle and this carried over right as I walked in the door.Steve and Michelle (owners/trainers) definitely have a unique, effective and efficient program. The workout is actually fun while challenging. Most important to me was that I didn't feel overwhelmed as with other types of fitness studio styles. It's great to work at your pace while still challenging yourself. It actually goes by so fast before you know it, you are done! I leave feeling better and confident with each session.Their approach with keeping the groups small and self- paced foster the individualized attention without the one-one personal training price tag!! I have always been active throughout my life and have numerous experiences with a variety of fitness programs. This one is a winner. Five stars for the "stars" at STARFIT :)

I enjoyed the small group sessions and Steve is a great trainer! He kept it interesting with a new program every class and great energy every class!
