Bad service and comunication w the employees...i ask how can i cancel my membership..and they say came next month and no charge the cancel fee....i back next month..and they say if a i cancel they go to charging a fee cancelation...they tell me to came next month and same thing w the cancel fee...

Customer service is absolutely amazing. Monique and Nessa were so helpful. I don’t live in AZ and they were so accommodating and kind.

There is a brunette who works there in the gym at this gym and she has a bad way of serving people. The brunette is very rasist I hope they do something because she was going to run to all the people she canceled my membership I hope they don't keep charging me in case they do it I'll put a demand on them for being rasist that's bad 👎 I imagine they have to have people kind, not like her, Talia, I think she calls her so they can be careful, if she doesn't like you, she'll cancel your subscription.

I started working out here 3 days ago. Honestly, employees are very nice and helpful. As long as it only cost $10, then, yeah, you pay what you get. Satisfaction so far.

The staff was super helpful. I get this gym through my health insurance and they knew exactly how to sign me up! First time here and it doesn’t seem to be crowded midday Sunday. Hoping to make this my home gym. The equipment looks clean and patrons all respect each other.

When I just joined PF a few months ago i had a bad experience in keeping my appointment through heavy traffic and trainer not showing up. But today was awesome! Aime(hope I didn't bash her name)was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. She showed genuine interest on my goals. Looking forward to training with her.

It’s a very spacious location!! Despite being a bit crowded at around 8pm there were still enough workout machines.

Extremely packed unless you go really early or really late. Smith machines can add to a little over 40min if you want to use them and there is a line. Summer is particularly bad with a lot of inexperienced people just chatting around a machine. The app crowd meter does not match the gym ever. They also sound the alarm quite often for moments when people accidentally dropped their weights.

The staff acted as if they owed him money, and the service attitude was very poor. If you tell him, he will disqualify you. The staff hired by this company are really awesome. Don’t offend their staff
