I’ve been coming to Nimble for more than a year now and absolutely love the coaching and the community. Great bunch of folks and each class is never more than a few folks so you get good attention from the coaches.

I love this gym! I’ve been exercising here for about 6 years now. Seeing great people and working out together is what this place is all about. The coaches really care about personal safety and making sure people get a great workout while the people are all super welcoming and supportive. I’ve learned a lot about fitness, health, and exercising at this gym and made a lot of great friends along the way

Nimble Athletics is not just a place to workout, get fit and stay healthy, but a community of support. Kevin and Al take the time to work with you at your level and ensure all exercises are performed correctly. They motivate you to keep going especially when you feel like giving up! I noticed a significant increase in endurance and strength in my son because of Kevin and Al’s dedication to their clients that they consider family. Lastly, we enjoy how all the exercises are different so each class we attended we are learning something new and making progress while having fun and making new friends.
