Harold Lanzona showed excellent communication skills and consistently exceeded my training expectations. On a personal level, he's charismatic and well-spoken, both qualities that have served him well as a training coach. …

There was a review left a month ago that talks about the cardio equipment always being in a repair state and a lack of dumbbells, especially on the lower end. They left a generic reply saying "we're working on it." Couldn't be further from the truth. The exact same cardio machines have been broken for over a month. Half the stair masters don't work. The bikes make clicking sounds. The treadmills sound like they're going to break. There's black gunk on the chest press machines. The men's sauna breaks once a month. It seems they just reap in the $10/month and don't put any effort into making the gym better. They could improve multiple aspects especially now that competitors are popping up everywhere. A new box gym is opening right across the street and most people are likely to move if this place doesn't get their act together and give it the well deserved TLC it needs.

I am looking for a workout facility. My son is a member here. So I decided to check it out. I signed up AND received a free 5-day trial. When I went to workout with my son on Labor Day, they said the passes were not honored on Labor Day. I had to pay for a $15 day pass or start a membership for $20 ($10 start fee and $10 monthly). So I left. Wow - I guess they don’t need new members that bad.

I’ve been a member for about 6+ years and I must say as a nurse their hours suck. They need a clicker to open at 4am to cater to certain members, so we can still hv access. It’s annoying and I feel like I have to rush my workouts and try to get to work on time when I’m on 2 a days. I’m definitely reconsidering my membership at this point.

I was a loyal member at this gym for well over a year my contract was up and was told my membership was month to month I was never told that I was going to get charged an annual fee after my contract was finished. When I charged back this annual fee to my credit card because I was unaware of the charge they canceled my membership but still re charged my credit card for an annual fee and my monthly membership it’s a shame because this gym is a great gym. Once I called customer service and spoke to a manager they let me know I was S.O.L. Wish they could fix their customer service. Just a message for future members of this gym.
