Absolutely love how reasonable it is only $21 and you can bring a friend for free! Love my massage bed and chair!!!The gym of course, the atmosphere is chilled, you get in and out! Love the customer service there, everyone is so nice! It’s clean! The list goes on!!❤️

I have been a member a long time. I had some health issues and took a break for a while but after cardiac rehab, I'm back. I love the place. Just yesterday I took my husband with me and we couldn't figure out the TV/headphones. The employee was so polite and helpful.

I have heard good things about Planet Fitness, but since I am disabled. I will only be able to give 4 🌟, unless there is something set up for disabled former athletes that I don't know about? …

I loved being able to go anytime I liked. They have more than enough equipment to get the job done. I stopped going for a while but definitely on my way back

Hot showers with heavy plastic curtains that keep in the heat. Has soap, but they were all almost empty when I was here for a few days. Overall nice.

Don't do it. You have to sign a contract. They won't let you freeze your account for any reason. They charged $65 to my bank account. Then an additional $22 in the same month with no explanation. Not worth it.

Love planet fitness! A place you can go and NOT be judged! They have wonderful trainers even for people recovering from surgery! The equipment is beautiful and clean! And the price is VERY affordable! Love you planet fitness!

Great staff, great location. Ditch the gimmicky pizza and bagels though...it doesn't promote a healthy lifestyle. Do a smoothie or veggie night instead. You don't need the gimmicks!

So the exercise is great, but the tanning sucks. First off there is only 1 working stand up bed. Not really good. Second off, this is the second time I have signed in and there has been like a 3-5 minute wait. Again, ok as I can do the massage chairs for 5 minutes or the hydromassage for 5. But this is the second time they have given the bed to someone after me. Bc they forgot, even though my name is there and not highlighted like they do when someone is done. Both times it has happened on a Saturday. So maybe I would train your Saturday staff better, bc they are terrible.This is for the Amarillo, TX location

Be careful joining planet fitness, they have pulled non authorized payments from my bank account. Then I talked to the manager was super cool was going to help me, Scott in Amarillo - the manager I spoke to would never call me back. Finally had to go in person, his staff never brought to his attention I had brought in my bank statement proving they pulled a non authorized payment. Plus the staff is rude and can’t do anything to help satisfy customer complaints. Tried to cancel my account and couldn’t because when the pulled extra payments - I wasn’t able to pay the cancellation fee. This was PF 2nd chance and hey blew it. Watch your bank accounts!!!!
