Everything about tru fit is amazing! Staff is excellent and friendly.There is plenty of equipment. The daycare is big and roomy.The weight room is also well equipped.

I have been going there now for over a year, I was going to crunch over 2 years and the equipment was always broken down, At true fit the equipment if something happens they're right on top of it which is great. I recommend that Anyone looking to workout should check out true fit.

I wish I could give it less than one star. I joined Trufit in Amarillo, and signed with a personal trainer, On October 27th she texted me that she may have Covid, so I waited to work out. Not sure when or exactly how but she was either fired or quit (don't know). On November 7th when the charges for the trainer were withdrawn from my bank account, I stopped pay at the bank and went in to Trufit to try to resolve this, there was never anyone there able to help. I left business cards and phone numbers for someone to call me, NEVER to this day have I heard from anyone. I was told each time the person I need to talk too wasn't there. At one point I told Louis and Jeremy that I wanted to quit and gave my 30 days' notice. Yesterday I learned I learned I had to fill out a paper, so I did, but never was I told this before, so they just kept rack up the charges. Now I have a bill collection agency calling me and threating me, even though I overpaid with November $135.00 payment and no trainer. We even sent Certified letters to the Amarillo office and The Corp. office still with No Response. Do not give this company your banking information, they do not make it easy to even stay, or quit. Terrible customer service.

It’s always crowded, they only have one fly machine and there’s always a line to use it. Yes this gym is affordable but that’s before they sneak in all these extra fees, my membership ship was supposed to be $27 and change after tax, but then I noticed it went up to $30 and now $50. Then they don’t answer the phone when you want to ask about the hidden fees. On top of all that, they don’t have key tags EVER so you always have to login through the app and the app signs you out every day for some reason, they don’t even take the time to fix their app. Do yourself a favor and go to another gym because this one is too good to be true unfortunately. And if you do want to sign up after these warnings, whatever you do, DO NOT ASK ABOUT THE PERSONAL TRAINERS. The guy in charge of that will never stop calling you until you either block his number or succumb to his $200/ 3 session scam.

By far the best gym in town!!! Really great service and best trainers! Really love the machines and the versatility of the environment! 10/10!! Love that there is a kid zone !! Super family friendly and overall nice place to come and wreck yourself! Not to mention the amazing hydro massage chairs!! Jeremi is the best 💯 They also by far have the best supplements for athletic performance, muscle gain, even weight loss. If you need a gym THIS THE SPOT!

Super nice equipment, I love the good lighting that most gyms don’t have, Hayden helped me out a ton and gave me a very informative tour and answered some questions. Love this place!

I'm really enjoying my time at Trufit gym. The staff is extremely nice and Janessa is amazing. She's extremely helpful at the front desk area and all over the gym floor.

TruFit is my favorite gym! I love the ladies gym and the staff is so friendly! Gabe was super helpful getting us signed up and made us feel so welcome!

Group fitness at TruFit is awesome. Becky Williams in particular puts 200% into any class she teaches. She is knowledgeable about fitness and her classes are challenging for any fitness level. She is always personable, encouraging and somehow makes a tough workout fun!
