The club is always so clean. The staff so friendly and helpful. I needed to make changes to my account, and Gabe made it virtually painless, explaining the details and telling me in advance what to do if my billing gets messed up.

Best service out there by far the staff are very welcoming and friendly and so are the people there! One staff member stood out to me I believe his name is Ledger he is very polite and helpful with all questions asked. If you see him up there that’s who id go talk to he’s very approachable and will help with anything needed!

Kailey has been my trainer for six plus months and she is awesome! It’s like going to work out with a smart friend who motivates you to work harder. Her fitness, muscles and shape are an inspiration.I was worried to have a trainer because I’m so old and was so out of shape at the start. She has done an excellent job of pushing me enough so I am tired and strengthening, but without inuring or killing me.You should ask for Kailey!!

If you’re looking for a personal trainer, Luis is the guy. He is so knowledgeable and explains the purpose of the movements so you’re not just going through the motions- you know why you’re doing them. You can tell he cares about his clients and he enjoys what he does. Can’t say enough good things! The gym is also always clean and there is a variety of equipment.

I really enjoy this gym. My oldest son and I lift together while my two youngest use the play area. There is plenty of space and quality equipment. Staff is super nice and welcoming. The only complaint I have and it’s really not the gym’s fault, however, I found that some of the other gym members are quite rude. I shrugged this off as immaturity. We all are coming in from different walks of life and fitness levels. The last thing you should do is try to make someone feel bad about themselves because they are at a different stage in fitness than yourself. Other than that, we are happy to call Trufit our gym home.

No issues with the facility. My issue happened when I tried to cancel my membership. They refuse to cancel your account unless you come to the gym in person. Not an huge issue unless you are traveling constantly like I was at the time. Then when I finally was able to make it into the gym to cancel they told me I would have to pay a final month since I didn't give 30 days notice before cancelling. It was 15 days before the next billing cycle. If they had cancelled when I tried over the phone it would have been 30 days notice. I explained this to the staff and all they said was "that's the way it is." I will never return to this gym.

I am new to Amarillo, I called before my visit to the facility and I spoke with Janessa, she was so patient and kind. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all with no hesitation and understood exactly what my needs were. The facility is top notch with staff that know what they are doing. I am excited to establish myself at this gym!

Among all the gyms in Amarillo, I have enjoyed this gym the most. I look forward to coming to this gym and working out. I have read some reviews of contracts not properly explained, my experience with my contract was explained in such detail. I asked tons of questions and they were very patient to make sure I understood the contact before signing. I also signed up for a personal trainer who is amazing. She is not only my trainer but a great motivator and life coach. The staff at the front desk are always nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is great, it doesn't smell like a pair of dirty gym socks. The janitorial services is always making sure everything is clean with a friendly smile on their face.The equipment is always in good working condition as well as in the women's area. I understand that there are times when some of the machines need maintenance and that it takes time for them to be serviced, in my opinion, this is to ensure the safety of their members.All in all I highly recommend this gym. If you are new to working out at a gym, come to Tru fit, you will love it!!

This place has been better to me than home. The management the trainers even the janitorial services. They always have a smile on their face and a correct answer when you ask any question. I have even reached out just to talk about something in my family life and they sat down with me connected emotionally and mentally. I come here more than I do anywhere else the equipment the facility in general is amazing. There’s just so much about this place that I love and will continue to come back thank you for everything.
