FIT is not just a gym but a community of great people who genuinely care for each other. All the trainers at FIT are knowledgeable and know how to get results for every member. By far the best training around.

Unpretentious gym that offers a lot of variety. I prefer the group classes (zumba, body pump, yoga, cycle, and more). There are plenty of weight machines, treadmills, cycles, etc, so you can find something without having to wait. Locker rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly.

A nice little gym located inside the Brea Community Center. There are machines and free weights for cardio and strength training. They also offer some classes and personal trainers, as well as access to the gymnasium, where you can rent out a basketball. It is a smaller gym, but I personally like smaller gyms as this one feels more personal. The staff and gym-goers are friendly, and you get to see familiar faces and form friendships the more you go. Try and go on off-hours as the place can sometimes get really busy. Prices are affordable, and if you want a year pass, time it so you get a discounted rate at the beginning of the year.

This is a great gym and a wonderful addition to the city of Brea! It’s great for both residents as well as out of town friends and family visiting and makes me love Brea even more!I wish every city had something like this! Stress free, affordable $6 drop in day passes with no contracts. Good equipment including free weights, a squat rack, and bench presses. And plenty of room. A+ City of Brea!

It's pretty low priced with not much equipment but it's good enough to get a workout and not crowded. The staff are friendly and helpful.
