Chuze Fitness

The Anaheim location should serve as a standard in the fitness industry for its best service. The service from employees and the cleanliness of the gym is second to none in the industry. I have been a member of multiple gyms in the past 20 years and the Chuze in Anaheim is easily the best experience I have had overall.

I have a love hate relationship with this location lol it's a great gym. If there was better parking I would give 5 stars. Everyone is nice but parking... Terrible lol and sometimes during the week it gets soooo packed that it becomes stressful. There is a steam room here which when it's working it is amazing. And when people don't stop pouring cold water on the sensor lol it breaks although I do believe Chuze found a solution so thank you to that. There is also a movie room which is cool! I know when I was a little bigger I really liked it bc It almost feels more private being in the dark ish lol I've met some cool work out buddies here! I have been coming more and more and look forward to coming back!

I thought it was pretty great. Lots of amenities to chose from. Staff is really nice as well. The only problem is when it gets really busy and the front staff doesn't tell you your hydro beds ready and let's ppl go in front of you while youve been waiting. That was a tad annoying. Other than that I think it's great and clean!

The gym itself is nice, good equipment, polite staff and cool facilities.Unfortunately, it’s becoming increasingly hard to get a workout in since it’s overcrowded for most of the hours they’re open. Their operating hours received heavy cuts post Covid so now there is almost no lull in the gym’s crowd. You have to get creative and have a very flexible workout regime in order to get anything done without spending most of your time waiting for equipment to open up. If they return to normal operating hours most of the issues could be alleviated for people with more flexible schedules. I’m only going to give it another month or two and if the issues don’t see some improvement I’ll be looking elsewhere.

First and foremost, I love the Chuze employees. They make the gym feel more like a home. They get to know you and your name. They greet you when you come in. The place is always clean. They have staff always cleaning and checking on the disinfectant wipes and the trash. They’re always doing restroom checks and wiping down the lockers as well. They also have a smoothie bar. Peanut butter cup with almond milk, double chocolate protein, and creatine. Always taste amazing. They have a wide variety of workout equipment to hit all muscle groups. They have a pool, sauna, and my favorite, hydro massage. So if I had to rate this location out of 10, I’d say they went above and beyond and definitely surpassed 10. They definitely have the best customer service. Thank you Captain America, Gio, Bobby, Tatiana, Sariah, Bridget, and everyone else that knows my name and gives me a quick chat. I appreciate it. I’d recommend Chuze Anaheim to everyone. And I do.

If you're here for the sauna this gym isn't for you. It isn't well insulated at all. And doesn't get hot at all Compare to the cudahy location where the glass door has the wooden frame not letting hot air escape. Gym area is decent when not overcrowded

I love this Chuze location. We come here often especially with our daughter who also gets to enjoy her time with the teachers and kids😊 we have great experiences here and love making new friends! Definitely recommend this gym a home away from home. …

Best gym I have been too compared to 24hr fitness. The only downside is Suanas…I like going into them when they are hot, not warm, but maybe it’s just something to get used to. Other than that, everyone is so nice and those that come look like they are cool with wiping equipment down. I love this gym!!!

I enjoy connecting with the friendly staff at Chuze Fitness. I love the Verity of equipments they have, I can always find something to use to work the muscle group I an working, even when it's busy. I haven't tried the smoothie bar yet, But I think it's dope and I'll give it a shot soon! Thank you guys!

I would’ve rated this place 5 stars before but the place is in decline. Before, I would’ve easily gotten a squat rack at pretty much any evening time which is the reason why I started coming here instead of the brookhurst location. Now, it’s been two Weeks I haven’t had consistent leg day with squat racks no matter what time I’ve gone 1,2,3,4, 6,7,8,9. There is plenty of room outside and yet we still can’t get 2-3 additional squat racks when it is the most popular machine? I’ve talked to other members and they are reporting having to wait 20-30 min for a rack now too? I’ve noticed it’s been less sanitary too with people leaving wipes and employees not asking them or seeming concerned about them being on the floor... this is highly disappointing to me as I’ve been going to ChuzeFitness for 5 months now & it looks like I’ll be needing to shop for a new gym.
