Hotworx has changed my fitness life! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Even on the days I have to “make” myself go, I feel amazing afterwards. I definitely recommend trying a Hotworx workout

I was invited by my college age daughter to join her for a VIP session and absolutely fell in love with all that it has to offer. Love the individual sauna rooms- max capacity 3 people, love the super clean facility, and I absolutely love the Hotworx app that allows me to schedule my workout at a time that's convenient for me! I feel renewed, cleansed, and energized after each session! Love, love, love it!

The staff at Hotworx is friendly, encouraging and so helpful. They work hard to keep the studio clean. The infrared saunas help with a better workout in less time. The sweaty sessions are addicting. You can modify the workouts to your own comfort level. The benefits are tremendous and you will see results if you keep it!
