I started working out in Lynn's HIIT small group training about 10 months after I had a baby and was still unable to fit in my pre-pregnancy clothes. Prior to having a baby I always loved cardio workouts (running, kickboxing, etc.) but had never lifted weights or done HIIT. After training with Lynn for about two years I can now out push-up my husband and am in better shape then before I had a baby (and had to buy smaller clothes). I feel better about myself than I ever have before.Lynn is inspiring, supportive, and fun to be around. She always comes up with something new so working out is never boring. She pushes you because she knows what you are capable of and how strong you are even when you don't see it in yourself. Working out with Lynn is the highlight of my week because she makes the workout enjoyable.I have found a entire network of people who support me in my health and fitness goals and who have become my dear friends all because of Lynn. She is an inspiration and I can never thank her enough!

Lynn is the best! I love her workouts because they are short, but very effective, I always feel sore after working out, which means I actually did it right!I also love Lynn because she has a lot of energy and keeps us motivated as we are working out. She knows what she's talking about and is very trustworthy, which is helpful when working with a personal trainer!! Highly recommend!

Lynn is an amazing trainer. I cannot say enough good things about her. After 2 years training with her, I can honestly say she has changed my life (and body)! Her workouts are short, but super challenging. She mixes up the HIIT exercises so you will never get bored. She has an infectious personality that will keep you coming back for more!

Lynn is a great trainer/coach. Lynn goes beyond the title of trainer because she is sincerely invested in our being the best we can be.On top of it, I can honestly say that her sessions are never boring. She is always switching it up and tailoring the classes so that each time we show up it's going to be an awesome workout!

My weight loss journey started just over a year ago and Lynn has been with me every step of the way by supporting me as well as challenging me. Her positive attitude make our sessions fun and exhilarating!Lynn's approach to fitness has led me to completely change my opinion on weight training and I now feel so incredibly strong and powerful! Lynn is a great instructor!. I didn't work out before I met her. She whipped me up into shape. Lynn always does a total-body workout, strength, endurance, and flexibility. In a 30-minute work-out, we did upper body and abdomen strength with weights, burpees, push-up. It is always fun working with her. She won't quit on you!

I started working out with Lynn when she taught a class at my apartment complex. I figured a class with such a mixed group of people would be fun but may not challenge me enough, but I could not have been further from the truth! Lynn's workouts are tough no matter your fitness level or strength, and she finds a way to really step it up for those who need it. Even after the class at my complex ended (and I moved) I have continued working out with Lynn because of the intensity of her workouts and the way she brings the class together to really form a group bond. Her workouts always bring something fun, new, and challenging. I worked out with Lynn throughout pretty much my entire pregnancy and am back at it post-baby, and through each stage of my fitness journey, Lynn has been an excellent coach, motivator, supporter, and trainer!

I love Lynn, my personal trainer! I started my health journey 4 years ago; Lynn has been there for me every step of the way. She coached me through my nutrition and fitness program. Lynn pushes and challenges me thru my comfort zones, because she cares about my health and knows I can do more. She holds me accountable. I've reached my goals and am stronger. I walk away from a training session feeling great, strong and full of energy. It's a great feeling knowing that I'm healthy and stronger than ever.We have developed a valuable friendship that has become very important to me. I work out with her 2 to 3 days a week and have become a huge fan and follower of Lynn Montoya Fitness.
