A $23.50 review. I would not recommend this gym. They charge me $23.50 fee charge for paying a few days late due to a lost debit card, they kept running the payment to until the bank finally authorized the payment on the new card, some how they have my new card on file ( this is the bank's fault also, they been notified) but when I asked for an exception an refund on the late payment charge due to obvious reasons the Ops mgr Pamela Clark didn't care she stuck to the company policy and contract and said that it would not do any good to even try to ask for a refund because according to her they would never do it so why bother. I asked for a corporate number to call, and she gave a number that leads nowhere. I'm a new member and so far not a good experience, lack of effort and empathy on trying to assist a new member, I would not recommend.
