Staff is pleasant, very quiet. You can go in and get a great workout in anytime. Place is very clean

They never answer their phones, the place is way overpriced for what they have, and they will continue to take money out of your account even after your membership contract is up. I have been trying for weeks now to get ahold of them via phone call to get 2 going on 3 months worth of fees back. LEARN TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND RETURN CALLS LIKE A REAL BUSINESS.

Not the nicest gym :/ The place was incredibly dirty, they are very leniate to letting people just walk in with salt and dirty shoes so the entire area is covered you can't sit or lay down to stretch without getting dirty or running your clothes. They have alot of machines and equipment but again nothing is well maintained some things are broken or in bad condition. Also the bathrooms had months worth of dust built up on them and dirty toilets . They don't have sanitary wipes just rags and spray which are few and far between to find which is also gross because bacteria caries in the rags instead of using disposable paper towels. My boyfriend who I brought in as a guest and myself were not impressed with this location at all.

The only thing good about this gym was one of the trainers, Jared. The owner was hard to contact and lied during the meeting-- i could not get into contact for months. Would not recommend due to lies during signing that would screw you over. trust me find another gym - there are plenty in AA.

Vic was very welcoming to me as an out of town drop in. He made sure I had a good experience and full access at a very reasonable price. The facility is bright and clean and equipment is everything you would expect. I do a lot of body weight and plyometric, with stretch bands and medicine balls and they have everything I need. The place has a very friendly vibe and Vic sets the tone,

This is a great fitness center. Everyone is very laid back. The staff are super friendly and have been extremely helpful on the rare occasions when I've needed help with something. The convenience of being able to go at any time day or night is a huge plus for me and my schedule. Love it.

I really liked this gym because it was small and being a senior citizen, I didn't feel intimidated. Vic was so encouraging with me and when I had a problem with my leg/hip area and had to quit the gym, he left me a wonderful voicemail with so much encouragement. They are so caring of their clients.

My teenager son signed up in February. Gym closed within a month due to pandemic. My son didn't go there ever since. So it is $50 application fee and $35 monthly fee for one month use of the Gym, we blamed the bad timing and took it as a small price for the pandemic. Then in July, a $35 charge appeared on his credit card. The Gym opened for several days against State order (we didn't even know they were open and my son never went once), then it closed again. That is their base for charging the $35. We talked to a staff on site, she agreed to refund the $35 fee and cancel the membership. But the refund never happened.Called them again today, now they won't honor the refund. They even hint they can charge extra cancellation fee, since they have the credit card number.I do have the piece of cancellation letter dated in July with the staff's signature, and I will call my credit card to block any future charge from the Gym. So at the end It is $120 for one month use of the Gym. And the most scaring part is if you leave your credit card number with them, it could become hostage. If you go to this Gym with a credit card on file, I'd suggest you asking them to remove your credit card and pay them with cash, and also call you credit card to make sure no future charge from the Gym. So that in case you have dispute of charge in the future, you won't feel threatened because of the credit card number.Actually with all those trouble and concern, why not try a different place?

Pretty good gym. Comfortable environment with friendly staff. Decent equipment choices. 24/7 access and being able to go to any location is great, although that does mean it's slightly on the pricier side but still reasonable.Sometimes treadmills will be down for repair but they are pretty good about getting them back up pretty quickly. Also many of the treadmills were replaced and are new so this is less of an issue now. TV's on treadmills can be very inconsistent on whether they work or not.It can also get pretty busy at peek times which means you might be waiting for equipment (specifically barbells). Also a lot of times weights and other equipment don't get put back which is slightly annoying.Overall though this is a very good gym especially for newer or more casual gym goers.

This gym is one of the best I have ever been to. Vic was super helpful in getting me signed up and I was able to workout the same day. He also has been great about keeping me accountable in the gym. Allen and Sophie have also been wonderful too. They are always so friendly when you walk in, and overall just great people. The gym is never packed, very clean, and everyone is very respectful with their use of equipment. There is always a squat rack or a bench available. And if you need help, it’s always there. This gym is perfect for first time gym goers, or the person that’s been working out for years.
