Shootings and smash and grabs in parking lot. Seriously.They run out of paper towels at the cleaning stations often. Management communicates changes in hours, like on holidays, poorly. They like keeping secrets apparently.Current temporary hours (until they make them permanent🙄) 6am - 11pm.

How is it possible that a business that serves 100s of members each day lost internet for more than a few days in a row?Dust everywhere. Broken toilets, equipments, soap and paper towel dispensers are empty too many times.

This is the dirtiest and most poorly maintained Planet Fitness I've ever been to. It is close to my work but I frequently go out of my way to the Ypsilanti location because it is so much nicer. If it were my home club I wouldn't have a membership.I've been going to the Ann Arbor location for a few times a month since the beginning of the year and it is consistently in bad shape and/or dirty. They have some sort of issue with their shower drains and water pools in two of their three shower changing stalls. It is so bad and has been going on for so long there is mold and rust on the stalls and walls. I've reported this several times over the last six months and nothing has been done.They've had ripped padding on an arm curl machine for a month, a broken door for a week, and every time I come in at least one or two things are broken (bottle filling station, shower head missing, equipment broken.Today there was a bandaid in the shower despite them having been open for an hour with four people standing around the counter.If it were only one or two things occasionally I would be understanding but there is a clear and consistent lack of care on the part of the staff at this location. It is a shame that a terrible location like this might be the only exposure to the Planet Fitness brand because all of the other dozen or so gyms in the chain I've visited have been absolutely fine.Also, I've tried to report this on PFs website and was ignored

Enjoy plant fitness! This one was clean when I visited. The showers and toilets were all clean. The rest of the locker room was picked up. They have a very large parking lot making it really nice especially if you’re camping out in your van 👌! …
