Super friendly, approachable staff, everything decided for you in advance, just show up and sweat! Jane and Joclyn were incredible at the front desk, explaining how everything worked and helping me get oriented, and then my first two classes with Alicia were *fantastic* workouts - very impressed with how workouts were run, and the individual attention from given to help on proper form. The instant feedback on heartrate zones is unlike any other workout I've tried, in the best way. Really looking forward to meeting other instructors and more of the community - such a positive space :D

The staff and instructors are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It is a one of a kind workout that is unlike anything I’ve seen. It is all about progress and competing against yourself. I can get strength and endurance instead of just one or the other. You are constantly shifting between exercises, which insures you will never get bored. :) :) :)

This gym is so welcoming. The staff is friendly and I felt very comfortable there on my first visit. The workouts are amazing and so fun!!! I would highly recommend this gym!

Results, community, staff and coaches.The frontline staff are welcoming, upbeat and get me energized for the workout. The coaches are phenomenal--positive, encouraging, personable. Love the clean facility. Most of all, love the community. Every day is a different, yet powerful workout. Great results.

I took my first class with Geoff two weeks ago, it was a great experience! JD at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly while I filled out my paperwork and the class was great! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to switch up their regular fitness routine!

There are multiple things that I enjoy, working out with OTF.1. The curated exercises are well balanced between stations row/treads/floor and the type of workouts Endurance/Strength/Power.2. It is very motivating to be surrounded by people who share a similar goal/mindset.3. The coaches and the SAs are welcoming and engaging which makes the interactions seamless and delightful.4. The music.
