I'm a regular at OT in Boston where I've consistently encountered friendly people and enjoyable experiences. However, when I brought a friend for his first class, I had a less than pleasant experience with Coach Erica, who I found to be unhelpful and dismissive.

I had an amazing time taking classes at this studio when I was visiting Ann Arbor. The staff went out of their way to help out. I also really enjoyed the energy of the coaches here - especially Mandy, who is one of the most engaged and uplifting trainers I’ve had!

Great workouts, awesome coaches, could have been less expensive.Really like sweating it out to upbeat music for a full hour. Time goes fast when you're working out with other people in an environment that orange theory provides. The app makes it easy to see full schedule and book classes in advance. The only reason I give 4 out of 5 stars is the price. You're paying anywhere between $12-$20 per class (yes, not pm) based on your package which is not sustainable in the long term.

I love everything about Orangetheory Ann Arbor NE! The staff at the front desk is friendly and welcoming. The instructors are very helpful and want you to succeed. The friends you make while working out at Orangetheory become part of your fitness family. It's an awesome community! The workouts are always different but yet each one is challenging and makes you feel good afterwards. I highly recommend Orangetheory Ann Arbor NE to anyone!

If you are a person of color you should probably avoid this place. My partner goes to orange theory all the time in different states. We travel a lot. This particular orange theory decided to pull her out of class 15 minutes in and give her spot to a white lady. They handled the situation extremely poorly. This could have been handled in a more professional manner, especially since she had been there for classes several times.

I did OTF for the first time and loved it! Looking for a class that I actually enjoy and I have finally found it. The instructor was helpful and guided me through my first class and I loved her energy!

The workout that I had was with Sunday Morning with Coach Mandy! Her classes are so great! She does a fantastic job at keeping everyone energized and motivated with great energy music selections and making rounds to help us improve form, especially during the floor exercise blocks.I would absolutely recommend this OrangeTheory studio location for anyone looking to get a good foundation or keep continuing your fitness journey! I am a huge fan of the way the classes are structured with intervals - each person gets to choose how hard they want to push themselves, and you can always finish the day out knowing that you made some improvement, even if only incremental! Please give OrangeTheory a try!
