A wonderful source of knowledge for the yoga community. Warm-spirited and truly helpful, Lora was the best instructor and teacher. My favorite parts of the yoga teacher course were the other experts she brought in to help discuss meditation, yoga anatomy, and other subjects.

Lora's teacher trainees are always curious, empowered, and precise. They're full of the joy of life and yoga. Lora also strives to keep the quality of her training high while remaining accessible. She is accessible at every level: ability, finances, race, and size. She honors tradition while resisting being stuck in dogma. I highly recommend her training.

Pure Hot Yoga is perfect for a new year recovery plan. Lora is a yogi genius and nice to boot. The one hour at noon is amazing plus challenging and the hot pilates on saturday brilliant for training in any sport. Great job Lora!

This is an excellent place to do yoga - with a small business owner who cares about the customer's practice and has offered interesting options and times to meet those needs. Super attitude, and now moving to a new space which I have no doubt they will make their own.

This is a great studio for practicing the traditional Hot Yoga 26+2 postures. The studio is clean and has well-lit, easy access to parking. With the addition of new humidifiers the large practice room is deliciously warm. The studio also offers Yin classes, Hot Pilates, and an Express 60 minute version of the classic 26+2 posture series.

I ran across a GroupOn for Pure Hot Yoga and decided to try it. I do a lot of cross training but only have tried yoga a dozen times or so and never tried Bikram. I have gone to two Bikram hot yoga classes so far and I was amazed by the intensity of these classes, I completely hooked! The staff was very friendly and inviting and in both classes took extra time to help out the new students and make them feel welcome. If you're new to Bikram yoga come really hydrated and prepare to sweat more than you ever have in your life!

I have been fortunate enough to attend this studio for months at a time over the last few years. It has been a blessing when chaos reigns around me. Each time I pause my practice here is due to family health issues (not mine). I started Yoga when I was 60 years old and feel stronger now than I ever have. I miss my practice with the great instructors (Lora, Judy, Heidi etc.) but have every intention of resuming when life allows.

Although I don't partake as often as I'd like to, I feel great after every visit. If my schedule allowed I could go more often, but I live 45 min away. The instructors are helpful, and the studio is clean. Hope to be in soon!!

I've practiced Bikram on and off for about 14 years. I'd do it for awhile then stop, then get drawn back again when my mind and body told me I needed it. The last 4 years have been solid at 2x/week as long as I'm in-town and I notice the difference when I miss. I've practiced through and healed injuries and it keeps me healthy. Whenever I travel, I try to find a studio to visit and this one is my favorite. It's not the most convenient for me but it's worth the extra drive. There's a really nice energy and calming atmosphere and the instructors are all very positive and helpful. I'm an athlete and never thought I'd be able to get into yoga until I tried Bikram. I love the sweat and the discipline required and over time I've learned to be kind to myself and do the best I can with whatever I have that day. I look forward to my practice - it gives me 90 mins away from everything else and I know I'm going to feel amazing and accomplished after.
