I cannot say enough wonderful things about Vie. Their facility is very nice and conveniently located in downtown Ann Arbor near the University. Their instructors are awesome - so knowledgeable and so nice. The variety of classes they offer all at one location is great (spinning, HIIT, barre, yoga, pilates, personal training, etc.). I would recommend Vie to anyone interested in group fitness classes or personal training. Such a great place!

Vie offers a great variety - with deep expertise in many forms of fitness and wellbeing. As a newer Pilates customer, I have found their instructors are patient, supportive nad ecnouraging and I have felt the immediate benefits after every session.

My husband, Tom and I moved to Ann Arbor last year. I had been taking pilates for 4 years already and my instructor in Milwaukee gave me tips to finding a studio that would be a good fit for me. I tried a couple of studios and Vie was one of them. If you are looking for a studio, VIE is the studio! I'm going to be 57 years old this year and I am amazed how my body is continually transforming! I have more body awareness than ever! Whitney is awesome! The classes and instructors are all fantastic! We make financial investments for our future but we should also make health/wellness investments! Give VIE a try!

Before starting Vie's Fat Loss program I had been trying in earnest to lose the "baby weight" from pregnancy for about three years. This involved getting up at 5:30am 3-4 days a week and doing cardio at the gym and I wasn't seeing any significant results, plus I was exhausted. In fact, I felt like my weight was creeping up - it was SO frustrating.The Vie Fat Loss program, for me, was nothing short of miraculous. Twelve pounds lost in twelve weeks?!? Amazing. Three inches lost from my waist; 3 inches lost from my hips; 2.5 inches lost from my thighs, and 1 inch lost from my bicep. Those are numbers anyone trying to lost weight would want to see and I not only saw but felt noticeable differences in the way I looked (my clothes fit so much better, now!). The combination of working with my personal trainer Angel in conjunction with my nutritionist Mariah made for such an effective program and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Angel created tailored workout sessions based on my own skills and strengths and was encouraging the entire way through. Some of the sets that he had me work on I was skeptical I could do (ugh, sets of hop squats), but he knew my limit and he pushed me to challenge myself. Every time I left one of my sessions with Angel, I not only felt stronger but I also felt so much better about myself and what I now knew I could do in the gym. It was an incredible feeling (.... I still hate hop squats, but at least now I know I can do them and that the pain was worth it!).Mariah was never judging about my food choices and helped me work through some of my eating patterns and choices to cultivate a better relationship with food in all aspects of my life - I never felt like I was dieting, I just felt like I was making smarter food decisions. She listened and helped me strategize about the upcoming weeks or events I had on my schedule. We talked a lot about emotional eating and how to distinguish when I'm hungry vs emotional eating (a personal struggle of mine). Mariah was extremely knowledgeable and pulled from an impressive amount of evidence-based tools and resources to help me to figure out how to best sustain positive food & nutrition-based changes in my personal behaviors.Honestly I was a little scared to start the program because I felt like I had been working out with no results for SO LONG that I was nervous I would start at Vie and not see any positive changes. That fear was quickly erased and I started seeing steady results in the first weeks of the program. I never had any "big drops" in weight - but I did see positive results every week, which for me felt totally manageable and sustainable in the long-run.

Great well-informed staff who take a personal interest in your wellbeing. Personal training, exercise group classes, diet advice, yoga, Pilates, smoothies, boot camp in the arboretum and more to chose from. Vie has it all...Heather will even meet with you personally to put together a positive impact program for you!!
