Whitney is simply an exceptional Pilates teacher. In group classes, she is attentive to every class member to both challenge and support them throughout the flow. My strength, stability and flexibility have all increased leaps and bounds, and the fact that Whitney has so many 'regulars' certainly indicates that many others have had the same experience. Her private sessions are equally outstanding - she has an uncanny knack of knowing just how to get you out of your own head to maximize your abilities. Every session is tailored to your needs and goals, with the right amount of 'push'. Whitney is phenomenal.

I have taken Pilates classes with Whitney both in person and online, and she is fun and helpful in both settings. Her classes are well paced, keeping you focused while still allowing time to follow her clear instructions. Her years of training make her knowledgeable about the correct Pilates technique and modified movements, if you need an accommodation. I recommend her for both beginners and experienced Pilates practitioners. You will get a good work out!

Whitney is amazing! Not only does she challenge her students but she also is keenly aware of any injuries or limitations each student has and offers alternatives. I have arthritis in several parts of my body, but particularly in my back. Whitney's emphasis on spine flexibility really helps!

I've been doing some virtual classes with Whitney, and she is fun and is great at providing modifications and noticing ways each student can improve even on the virtual platform. Highly recommend!

Whitney is a great Pilates instructor for many reasons. She makes each class fun, but also informative. She knows A LOT about how our bodies work and how we can get the most from Pilates. She is quick to help students correct their form and/or accommodate individual needs. Her classes fly by but by the end of each one, every part of my body has been worked. I feel stronger, look slimmer, and have improved my posture. Pilates is a wonderful practice to get into as it is beneficial in so many ways and can be done throughout the lifespan. And, I can think of no other instructor who makes this form of exercise as engaging, effective, and accessible as Whitney does.
