I got a 3 day pass online. I went in to check out the gym and workout. A worker named Gary said I can’t workout because I was already in their system from years ago. This is a new gym so why would I sign up if I don’t get a feel for the atmosphere? Horrible customer service, this is how you lose potential customers. This was a waste of time. I went across the street to City Sports and had no issues there. Going to get a membership with them instead.
