Super Sport with no towels?? How can you provide a pool, hot tub, steamroom, and sauna yet somehow neglect to hook us up with a basic towel? You guys must run into problems being that dumb right?I hope you run into problems. You deserve problems. I'll stick to Walnut Creek thanks.

Nice gym but unpleasant staff. They seem more interested in talking to each other than helping or greeting members. I hope management checks this as it seems this is a common theme among the reviews!

As both the other two reviews before me also said, this is not a real "super sport" tier club. It's big and spacious and comfortable square-footage-wise, but it's small in the sense of... let me put it the only way I know how:I'm an 8 year member of the old, regular "sport" level club that was a couple hundred feet away, that is now closed because of this club. The old club was like 3-4x smaller than the new gym, but had at least 2x almost 3x the number of equipment - cardio, weightstack, plateloaded -- everything (with there not even being equivalent machines/exercises for a lot at the new club). Even the shop was downsized by half. You can argue it is acceptable to downsize the equipment if you're getting better stuff, but downsizing so extremely and charging 3x more $? No way, no how. This is not a Super Sport. This is gravely worse than the old "Sport". I've been to one other 24h, Sport also, in a different state years ago on vacation, and it seemed like a Super Sport compared to the old/now closed Sport, yet it was a Sport and this new Super Sport has 2-3x less equipment than the super small "Sport" it replaced yet is a "Super Sport".The new machines might be cool (another reviewer likes the line). Personally, however, I CANNOT use them (physical disability), so now am completely out-in-the-wind entirely for a gym. Objectively, due to the severely limited number, I cannot even fathom how that will work during peak times (on the brightside, I'll never have to deal with it).I can guarantee you, however, having so few machines and no repeats for body parts whatsoever, you are going to be spending 50% of your time there doing nothing but waiting (waiting was a frequent occurrence already with almost all machines having at least 1 repeat, at the old gym)..So... how is the gym 3-4x as big, yet 2-3x smaller in terms of equip? Bigger bball court, bigger pool/wet area, and two gigantic rooms reserved for classes (really? there needs to be 2? and they both have to be so big, and empty and without a use, when there isn't a class?).To summarize: Not a true "Super Sport". Horrible decision to replace the old with this - even if it was the same cost. Not worth in any way, any way, any way the membership cost. Personally, the cost is irrelevant to me as my contract has been grandfathered into the new club for its remainder, but I'm saying objectively, this gym is NOWHERE worth the cost - go elsewhere.

I have been a member for 10 yrs and had my share of negatives like when my membership fraudlantly given out by a staff member. Back to now, i recently move to east bay and have been going to the basic before the switch for 2.5 months. Guess what, i am not allow to go to their upgraded one because i havent been going long enough. Now i have to look for another sport club upping my commute to 30 minutes drive. When asked if i can try the super...douch says no....way to treat your customer.

I have been a member of In-shape, UFC Gym, Anytime Fitness, Fitness Evolution, Worlds Gym, Golds Gym, and Diamond Hills Sports Club. 24 hour fitness somersville is by far the worst gym I have ever been to.The sales reps are unprofessional, the front desk is the place in gym that is cooled and heated, lots of the equipment is worn out and needs to replaced. Locker room floors are always wet due to lack of staff cleaning the locker rooms. Restrooms smell bad and dirty. The worst locker room conditions I have seen since high school. Basketball court is closed after 10 pm because of idiots getting in fights on the court. You can see dirt sitting at the bottom of the pool.I recommend this gym for no one!!!! Spend the extra money and go to a nicer gym.

This isn't a gym for sensitive gym bunnies! And the current pics of cardio equipment is old...There's all new stuff.

My membership expired on Feb 2014, I approached the young man at front desk to help me review options to renew my membership. He explained some options, but since I had more questions, he called the mgr. for assistance. Oh boy, what a jerk this guy was handling the conversation. I can't understand why this guy has a job as manager. 24 Fitness should send this guy for training on customer service. He sure helped me to change my mind right away to join another gym with better service and newer equipment. I will agree with everyone else comments everything is old. Some of the equipment are out of service most of the time.

I have been going to 24 hour for a few years. If I came to this club first I would have never joined. It feels like they crammed everything they got from goodwill in the frist hole they found. I think they put this gym in just so people locked in to a contract have to stay locked in. Because if there not a gym in so many miles of your house you can cancel. They put this sorry gym in so people this far out in the East Bay have to stay locked in. Is there no standard quality for 24 hour?

Everything is old. They dont even want to bother remodeling everything. Join UFC instead. Far better equipment.
