We've been a member almost a year now. So far no complains. Staff are nice. Restrooms are very clean. My son before was not really used to daycare, but from consistent going he's nowcomfortable with the other kids and ladies inside. The machine are all working good and are updated. Classes and instructors are awesome. I haven't tried the pool and sauna yet.. we love going around mid afternoon because its not crowded.
