24 Hour Fitness

The five stars and kudos goes to Kelly who cleared up a big mess with my membership. Somehow, for many years I was charged for two memberships and overcharged for my wife's membership. I didn't realize it until I took a good look at my bank statements.This could have been swept under the rug or punted towards their corporate office. However, Kelly took the bull by the horns and cleared everything up. It took tremendous effort and know how. Kelly pulled it off spectacularly.I received a refund of back charges. My dues are slightly less than what they should have been. Appropriate apologies and thanks for my patients. My attorney who happened to be overseeing all this while we're working on another project was impressed with the outcome and the effort Kelly put forward.24 Hour Fitness not only averted losing a member, but also garnered full support of said member thanks to Kelly.Thank you very much Kelly for all you had done!

No judgement environment! The staff is friendly and helpful! My 4 year old LOVES Kids Club! The Kids Club staff is amazing! I feel completely confident that my son is safe and well entertained while I workout in the morning and get ready to start my day! There's lots of friendly members and always machines available!

I would give a better review but I go early like 4am and the staff seem like they absolutely hate being there. It sucks going into a place that the employees bring down the mood. Other than that I love it, its always clean tons of machines and classes to.choose from. Just wish people were friendly. The employees during the day are really nice, they helped me fix my account when I placed it on hold since I was sick and they kept charging me but they fixed it all. I dont think I would ever change gyms!

Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They are far better than Planet Fitness.

Dig the staff, and the restrooms, pool area, and equipment are all fairly well kept up, and the open layout makes everything easy to find.

lots of things only bad thing is no Wi-Fi hopefully that fixes soon. But otherwise lots of machines a pool Jacuzzi and sauna which is nice

I joined for a while then couldn't get there anymore, I called to cancel.. they say you can't cancel by phone..I go in the only day I can,. They say I can't help you, there's no manager to cancel my membership. They can sure take your money over the phone, but you can't cancel anytime you need to..there taking there Money though..this system is awful..I'll never go there or refer anyone to this place..so discouraged.

Jordan is a lier and a thief. Neglected to tell me that on a month to month plan the second member had to pay there's in full and won't do a payment plan and neglected to tell me about the extra $45 fee per person that he never showed me on the contract page. When I first started I told him I only wanted to do 3 months at the end of the 2nd month I finished my payments and told him I was done with the gym. At the end of the third month I still got charged, come to find out he never submitted my cancellation request. Do not go here they are way over priced and thief's

I just went today for a 3 day pass. I'm still thinking about if I should enroll into 24 hour gym. I like to go to the classes but I was not satisfied with zumba. It's more for an older aged group. I am 24 years old. It was just not as intense as I thought it was going to be. Another negative is that the men and women have to share the sauna room!! I do not like that at all. The gym is a a lot smaller then the LA fitness I use to go to. It is a little crowded too. It's a little too warm in there too, I don't know if they do that to make you sweat more. I'm still thinking about if I should sign up with them.

Just joined about 3 weeks ago. Love my new gym, everyone is extremely helpful and friendly!
