Crunch Fitness - Appleton

I can’t begin to describe how wonderful my experience at Crunch Fitness Appleton was. I travel extensively, I’ve been to Crunch’s in probably 30+ states, in every corner of the country. This location has been one of the most impressive. Beginning with the front desk, I was greeted by Daphne from afar, who noticed me walking in the background with my head down, headphones in and burnt out after a long stressful day and I didn’t want really want to workout but she greeted me with a smile and said “have a good workout!”It was such a small gesture but it immediately broke the built up stress I walked in with and changed my mood entirely. Daphne has a wonderful personality and a genuine love for people which was noticeable immediately.Throughout my workout I was impressed by how clean and tidy the entire gym was, and stepping into the locker room I was taken back by how clean it was. The floors were pristine, the showers were clean — even in the corners!! (Details matter, and Appleton Crunch most definitely cares about them)This experience is coming off the back of a horrible Crunch experience I had down in south Texas, a location that was dirty, neglected, and completely turned off my desire to continue my workout.Huge thinks to the entire staff, the cleaning crew and the front desk - I hope the crew sees this review and understand that although their jobs may seem unimportant — they directly impact people like myself and make me want to come back again.

The Appleton location is excellent and well maintained. The gym has plenty of free weight and barbell space as well as three Olympic lifting stations, which many franchises don't even offer. Big fan of Crunch Fitness.

Very clean and big gym, with a very friendly staff. I've never had any issues with this gym and have no been a member for almost a year. Highly recommend for price and quality compared to any other gyms in the area.

This gym is awesome. Hands down the cleanest gym I’ve ever been too. Not only this, but this gym has a way to do any excercise that you can possibly think of. Every one of the workers here is incredibly friendly. DJ and Alex are the two that got me started and I’m thankful for that as they’ve been two Great people to interact with. Honestly for the price of this gym, it can’t be beat. The only down side is there is no shoulder bench, and there’s no Tbar row, but that’s it.If you’re looking for something affordable with no lock in contract, and a great atmosphere, this is a great option.

Crunch fitness is above average in every way. Excellent first impressions from the very first interaction with the people at the front desk, solid clientele, and a great atmosphere (Although I do wish the music was a LOT louder). That said, the one area where they fell hopelessly short was in the quotes they chose to plaster around the perimeter of the gym. Wow were they bad. So bad. That (very) minor aside, it was an excellent experience overall and the people at the front desk do a phenomenal job of representing the place. Recommended!

Cleanest club in the fox valley. They have solid trainers and plenty of classes to take when I’m looking to get outside of my programmed workouts or on active recovery days. Fridges are always stocked, plenty of equipment/space for everyone to have room it never feels crowded!

I love the community and environment at Crunch fitness, I always feel welcomed and kindly greeted by the employees!! I have been able to have conversations with almost all of the employees and not only are they kind to one another but they provide an uplifting mood to all!! I have been going for about 2 years now and love it!!

Place is amazing space to be in, the worker Dj is an amazing person with an great attitude

Crunch the pump! Great and clean gym. Most likely the best crunch gym
