This Planet Fitness (PF) location has friendly staff to greet you upon arrival, and the facility is always super clean. They offer many units of each cardio machine, so I've never had to wait for an elliptical, treadmill, bike, stairclimber, etc. A wide variety of strength training equipment exists for members, including circuit, functional, and heavy weight training. Their app offers specific workouts, tutorials, and tools to track your activity and progress. There are 2 membership types at PF, and their cheaper, basic one is only $10/month (that's the one I have, and it's perfect). I can work out at this facility whenever I want. PF Black Card members pay $24.99/mo for many additional perks and club amenities. There are no group instructor-led classes, nor is there a pool or a track for running... and there is no childcare. This PF is a good quality gym for those who simply want access to a variety of excellent equipment at an affordable price.

Employees make up their own policies, absolutely no consistency between locations. I wouldn't go here again ever

I go to both a private gym and here. I love that planet is infact the judgement free zone and you can find all wakes of people here (not to be said for private bodybuilding gyms). Sometimes seeing the huge muscles all over while trying to better yourself is a lot. I like to use planet as my relief gym, you just fit in here.

My husband went in to cancel our membership, was assured it was taken care of.. it never was. Two days later the fee came out, I thought nothing of it since I assumed we were just in the middle of a billing cycle and missed the cutoff, no big deal. Then we get charged yesterday for August. My husband leaves work, and goes to speak with a manager, he is told that it was never cancelled. My husband says ok, that's fine please cancel it and we would like a credit since we did cancel it in July. The manager refused and was extremely rude and stated he doesn't have proof that he came in to cancel. Do better... You want the date and time he came in? We can provide that and you can check your camera.

I love Planet Fitness. They have great equipment, friendly staff, and the place is always clean.This location is doubled in size, even nicer than it was before. See you there!

The gym is under renovation. Currently not conveniently for showering or working out.

Bad customer service when you try to cancel an account. Personnel here not willing to work with you at all. Do not recommend Planet Fitness at all.

The staff is very friendly. The equipment is newer & kept in good repair. I’ve lost 104lbs since 2017 while using this gym.

The people here are kind and honest. I had left my samsung watch in a tanning room and one of the employees had found it. His name is Kyle. It had been 4 days and I noticed it was not on my charging dock in my office. I call planet fitness and Kyle was working. I told him I might have left my watch there and Kyle immediately did not hesitate to confirm they had it and that it was in good hands. Any shady employee could have claimed they hadn't seen it. But Kyle did the right thing like we all should. He is an asset to Planet Fitness and there should be more honest people like him. In this world there are few and far between people like him. Thank you Kyle!
