Such a positive community and environment, welcomes and accommodates all fitness levels! Variety of classes offered and fun events always going on to look forward to. Staff and participants alike never miss an opportunity to celebrate milestones whether that be a first class or personal record! Love being a part of this community!

Absolutely the best cycling studio I have been to. Their class blends between total cycling performance and cycling with functional fitness is a perfect schedule to develop total body strength. And their instructors do a phenomenal job of motivating you to challenge your limits in a healthy way, and respecting your space when you take those moments to do your own thing. I have tried a bunch of cycling studios around Seattle and San Diego while living on the west coast, and Evolution Cycle Studio beats them all. I've also done many triathlons, including 2 ironmans, and can say with confidence Evo's Evo+ class activates the lactic acid like no other!I've been going to Evo for a couple years now, whenever I make it back to Appleton, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy fitness studio, or to improve their cycling performance.
