It was fine. A little hot inside

Hours are not accommodating. Joined before covid when open 24 hours.

Clean facility, friendly staff, never too crowded, equipment is rarely out of order.

Worker tonight seemed recently new and also rude. He needs better training and actually do their job. There was a long line and when he came, he rolled his eyes. If you can’t do your job and hate it, don’t work there!

I don't like to leave one-star reviews, but this was an abnormal situation that I feel should be addressed. My local gym had permanently closed for unrelated reasons overnight, and my membership had been transferred to this location, with a new payment date and plan, without my permission. When I called to undo this, I was told that I had to come to the site in-person or send a letter to their offices, which could take several days to dispute. When I found the time to come in, I had a new challenge to face- Gina, the employee who handled my cancellation. Gina had initially tried to convince me that I was unable to cancel unless I paid for an additional month or waited until my first payment to Planet Fitness, as the membership 'was just created' (which ended up not being the case). When we went through the process regardless, her tone was hostile, but what struck me as even more odd was when she asked me why I decided to cancel, to which I replied 'I never signed up for this gym'. I would find out later, on the Membership Cancellation or Freeze Form they sent to my email, that she instead wrote down 'Not Satisfied with Amenities'. It was an extremely tense and dishonest experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. For people who are looking for a new gym after the Xperience shutdown, I highly recommend the YMCA downtown, which has much more with far better customer service at the same rate as PF's 'Black Card' membership.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been going to this gym for quite a while and never had issues until a certain employee started. It’s a “judgement free zone” but the way he came off was nothing but rude and judgmental…

An employee didn't get a manager or at least another individual to help with an issue. They just wanted me out of the door with how their expression was. I wouldn't go here if it weren't for my gym closing...at least I was treated with decency before coming here, and dealing with someone who wasn't incompetent when met with simple problems.

My experience has generally been OK. Staff has always been friendly. Place is clean and never had an issue with broken equipment. Clean locker rooms with lots of locker space. Lots of access to cardio if thats your thing. My only complaint is the very limited free weight equipment for the number of people they service. Getting access to Smith machines or benches or cable machines is very difficult. The weight area is much busier than the cardio area when you compare floor space. Becomes an issue when you look at their "busy meter" and it says low but you get there and realize the gym usage as a whole may be slow but the weight area is very busy. I would rather pay a little more per month and have better access to equipment.

Passing through the country and Wisconsin, stopping at various Planet Fitness locations. This location was clean and open. All the equipment were working and everyone seems nice.

Love the total body workout I get in a relatively short amount of time. Busy people would love it!
