Push Personal Fitness has been an awesome experience for me. The work outs are top notch. The environment is cleanly and intimate. The facility is geared towards personal training, so it is normally just you and a trainer on the premises. Which I love because it allows me to focus on my workout. There is a wide variety of exercise equipment which keeps the exercises fresh and exciting. The workouts are flexible and customized to fit your fitness level and goals. Derick is an awesome trainer too. He is very knowledgeable and a great motivator. I highly recommend him.Push has been an awesome resource for me to achieve my fitness goals.
