Having Shellie and Kathy (from the front desk) greet me when I first get to the gym, is a wonderful way to start my day. They are friendly and so helpful with anything I need. They help make the club feel homey.

We took a tour of Midtown Bannockburn a few weekends ago and did not sign up for a membership on the spot. When we reached out to Anna with a few straight forward follow up questions (ie what is the confirmed guest policy, because we’d received a few different answers already which was odd). We never received any reply despite following up. It felt a lot like we were being promised things verbally during the tour that the club wasn’t truly able to commit to in writing. We still also get daily marketing emails from Anna despite her never replying to any of our emails. Things felt shady, at best, and we opted not to sign the 12 month contract for this reason. Wishing they were more straightforward because the concept is great and the facility was nice.

The staff at Midtown is the best, specifically Kathy at the front desk. She goes above and beyond to make the midtown experience special and is always professional.

Closed on Memorial Day! Not very customer service oriented, especially when members want to use it the most when they are off. And, the issue of having staff spent time with their families is a bit pathetic. many customer centric organizations are open on such holidays, e.g., hotels, restaurants, other athletic clubs

What makes Midtown stand out from other athletic clubs is their attention to the details. The staff is amazing from the minute you are greeted by the front desk people to the in the immaculate locker rooms. Juan the head tennis pro is by far the best tennis instructor I’ve had.

Since I had a very unfortunate event happen at another club, Midtown assured me this will not happen here. It's a smaller more personal place for me to continue my weight loss. The staff is great, seems like they know everyone, and if they don't know you, they come up and introduce themselves. The upper management doors are always open to voice concerns or suggestions.

This is one of the nicest health clubs I've been to. I went with a couple friends who were members and was extremely impressed. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was winter so I didn't get to use any of the outside facilities but I though it was nice that they had so many heated indoor tennis courts. The cardio machines all seemed very new and I didn't see any broken ones. I though the curve treadmills were pretty neat and was excited to be able to use a water rowing machine. The locker rooms were fairly clean and the dry sauna was great. I hear the massages are awesome as well. I really wish this was a gym this nice by me and that I could afford it.
