Great gym, great facilities. Still great! Digital locks in men's locker room takes some getting used to. Cheat sheet at towel desk to help you remember.

I was a member for about 15 years. The facility is really top notch with excellent access to trainers and programs. My complaints are minimal: It's very expensive and they charge for simple things like putting your membership on hold for a month. I also often wished that they would expand their hours on the weekends.

I am in a wheelchair ♿️. I was pleased that I received a page of Instructions "Aquatic Therapy Policies & Patient Information". The information was very, very outdated and some of it was just WRONG. They really need to update their "Page of Instructions".

Great place to work out clean lots of machines lots of free weights. Then there's the pool area. A warm water therapy pool a lap pool and a very nice sauna. And the men's locker room they have the steam room and a sauna. All I can say is enjoy it's a lot of fun.
