I tried out this location's 3 free classes and did traditional barre, strength and Beyonce vs. Britney barre. Lots of variety in terms of class formats - including Tabata, HIIT, kick boxing and more - and although that's not really my style and I like to stick to conventional barre exercises, it's great if you're looking to switch things up from week to week. Super clean facilities with lockers, a kids' room and a water fountain on site. My only qualm is that instructors could be a little more hands on when adjusting form if patrons express they're comfortable with physical touch; sometimes, gently moving someone's feet or hands is all it takes to ensure they're properly executing a movement. Also, I love the dark blue lighting in the studio!

I have been a member of the Barre Code for over 5 years now. I’ve literally never stuck with a workout this long. I love the variety of classes, the instructors are great and they always switch up the format so you never get bored. Plus, the community of women and friends I’ve made, makes it even more fun. Cannot recommend BCAH enough!

I have been going to TBC-AH since they opened, in the old space & with the old owner. I started coming back, consistantly just over a year ago. There are a variety of formats-Barre, Bootcamp, Stength, Brawl, Restore, HIIT and a variety of special classes. And each instructor brings their own style to each format. I have never taken the same class twice. The instructors provide cues, challenges, & physical demonstrations of the moves, for all levels. The Owner is wonderful, she has created a community at the AH location and gives back to the Arlington Heights Community.

The Barre Code is fantastic! I love the variety of classes here! The vibe and music is fun! The pace of the classes are perfect for me to keep me going but also not too much where I can’t keep up. The teachers keep classes lively and motivating!I’m already seeing results one month in!

I have tried many different work out styles and gyms throughout the years and Barre has been the best fit; I wish I discovered it years ago. The instructors are motivating and positive. The owner is very approachable and helpful with any and all questions. I can’t say enough good things. I’ve been a member for a year and a half and don’t plan on ever leaving!

What a great place to workout! This is the only place where I have been motivated to workout whenever I can. The instructors are amazing, and are always thinking up new and creative ways to teach their classes. The owner is very friendly and very understanding! I can’t imagine working out anywhere else.

I started at The Barre Code about a month ago and could not be more pleased. They have so many fun options for workouts. The multiple instructors change up the routines each class to keep things fresh and fun. The kids room has been a convenient place to have my little one stay while I get a morning work out in.

The Barre Code AH is a fun, welcoming, and convenient place to work out! The instructors are fabulous and it's really the only type of exercise I've ever stuck with. The format of the classes and the instructors definitely keep you motivated! I've been a member here for 5 years and have never done the same workout twice! They offer a wide variety of classes at various skill levels and I've enjoyed all of them. The app makes it super easy to signup for classes and manage your schedule!

The instructors are both encouraging and challenging, getting you to push yourself to a healthy limit. The combination of instructors' coaching and music is really fun! Also, there's a welcoming vibe with instructors and others who go, friendly and extremely encouraging. The space itself is great - padded floors, windows, bars all the way around, with ample space to stretch.I take the barre, strength training, Bootcamp and Brawl classes, but there are a lot of other classes offered. Also, it's super easy to book classes with their app!
