This is such a great gym. I love the variety of classes and quality of the facility. The classes are beneficial for all levels. I started as a beginner and they continue to push and motivate me almost a year later. Nelson is a great trainer and has an incredible nutrition program. Tony is so awesome and very motivating, especially at Body Pump. Alex has such a positive energy at her yoga classes. These are just a few that I have been lucky to work with. All of the staff and members are friendly and welcoming.

Why 1 star? Three of my friends and I were looking to sign up. So I decided to go check out the place and relate back my experience.1. Wasn't greeted2. front desk girl, seem inconvenienced that I wanted to know more about what this place offers.3. asked several questions. for example what classes are offered?her response "oh they are listed on the picture frame"Next question: how are classes charged?her response "oh they are listed on the book.Me: I'm sorry, I don't work here.. where is the book and picture frame??? had to pull information, when it should have been offered freely.Best of all she informed me that they discount $10.had to ask discount on what? per class/membership???her response: Deer in the headlight look.Didn't even offer me a tour, was rushed out.Feel bad for the club owners. I'm in sales and I felt this young lady lost a possible 4 membership that she could have sold something of interest to them. Please train your front office staff, you are losing business. We did have a happy ending? We all signed up at LA fitness.

Laura Gets It & I LOVE her Yin sessions! She seems to understand what Yin & Restorative Yoga practices should really be. I've been in some "Yin" classes that are much too flowy (feels more like vinyasa than Yin) but not in Laura's classes. She's awesome and her class is what brought me back to Endorphin Effect consistently for Yin after being away for a year. The ambience she intentionally creates is very calming and peaceful, including the circle format that she suggests for mat placement. I'm super excited that she leads both Sunday & Wednesday evenings Yin & now mixes up her playlists too. :-)

hot yoga at E2 is top notch! By far the best in the area! I also really enjoyed the gym. The trainers and classes are fantastic and my family takes jiu Jitsu at RMMA. Miwa, Nelson, Jay and Joey are wonderful!

I am excited to be a part of this gym! I am a beginner when it comes to working out and all the instructors are very kind and understanding. They will help you get to the level you need so that you can start working out with confidence. Nelson is especially awesome, his cross-fit classes and spin classes keep you on your toes and are fun!

I purchased 2 x 5 pack for Wellness for my mother and myself. We used 3 or 4 in total. Then their guy was unavailable and the covid came. When my mom recently called to inquire, she was told, too bad so sad, your hundreds of dollars are gone. This is an unacceptable business practice and I would never step a foot here again or recommend it to other people. On the contrary, don't entrust endorphin effect with your money.

Taylor Colby class was a refreshing way to start off your Saturdays. The content of her execrices were great with a combination of legs and arms and she definetly looking at form to make sure you were doing it correctly. The combination of kettle bell and dumbells and basic exercise you can do at home were simple and yet challenging and had my heart rate up the entire hour. Great job on the workout routine and look forward to next class.
