I work out with personal trainer Jenn and she is fantastic. I was a little worried about the commitment of working with a trainer, but she is extremely flexible with scheduling. She is totally dedicated to getting you the results you are looking for. The workouts are tough and she varies them, so I never plateau with my fitness, I am always seeing and feeling improvements. Jenn will also give you helpful pointers on your form, so you can work out efficiently and not injure yourself. She emails me what workouts I should be doing outside our weekly session, which she designs specifically for me (and every client), and sent me diet guidelines as well. Plus her sense of humor is great so it feels like hanging out and having fun, but really I'm getting a killer workout. I have never been in better shape in my life!As for the gym itself, the facilities are good and not too crowded compared to other gyms I have been to. If you get platinum membership, you can also take classes for free and I highly recommend Sharon's spin class!

I'm not even a member of this gym and I just figured out they are charging me 19,99 every month. That's ridiculous!

Cardio and machine circuit is all your getting. Very convenient location and price! You get what you pay for... great experience every time!

Lots of equipment. It is a glorified planet fitness. Very clean and equipment is usually in great shape. Can get pretty busy after work though.

My wife and I have been going here for about a month. We selected it because it is close by, and it has some elliptical trainers; it does not take a lot to make us happy. And we were, for a little while. despite the fact that the gym doesn't have a lot of equipment for serious trainers (if you don't go for cardio or machine circuit training, don't even bother), and despite the constant loud, bad music (much louder than in other gyms I've been to, weirdly), the bottom line was, hey we're getting a workout, its close by and who cares - for the fairly low price of 50 bucks, we can be happy about it.And then I started eating garlic. Now, I realize that the sulfurous compounds in garlic react in the blood, releasing H2S gas and that this is unpleasant for some people. And this would be fine, except for the way that one of their employees has been dealing with it. On two occasions now, the same employee (who I believe is new?) has come up to me and started to tell me she thought i stank. Then, about 15 seconds in, as I listen politely to her position, she begins to turn to my wife and publicly scream at HER for stinking. My wife doesn't stink- *I* and I alone ate the garlic. Now, the first time I thought she was mildly crazy so I didn't think about it, and I didn't change my behavior. But the second time, she stood up in front of the front counter and scolded my wife for five minutes about HER body odor, exactly as before, having walked by visibly sniffing ME, and in the beginning, (for about 15 seconds) talking to ME about MY odor. This happened right in front of the management and a number of counter employees by the massage chairs, so I can only conclude now that, even though she is new, this attitude reflects on the management and staff of the facility.I decided, you know, I should probably stop eating Garlic then. But when I walked out of the facility, I discovered that my poor wife's feelings had been seriously hurt (which seems obvious now, of course). Despite the gym's other problems, I wouldn't have given them a BAD review, but the fact that the management and staff stood by while this weird, creepy old lady bullied my wife on their apparent authority (she mentioned that the owner, who was behind the counter I believe, had asked her to say something) is just terrible, in my opinion.

My friend wrote an honest review. Now the lady at front has the authority to cancel my contract! They have a waiting room and my friend waited there. "That's entering the gym without premises" is what she says and brings out the form to cancel my contract! However, she's not able to answer my payment information!!Unbelievable!!

Wonderful clean gym. The best part about it is that, it's never crowded. Which makes my workout go by faster. The staff is simply amazing. They honestly build a close relationship with their clientele, which you don't find to often.I just pray that they consider putting a sauna portion at least in the ladies bathroom in the close near future. I know it's a lot of upkeep but the Sauna would be such a great asset to this gym. I hate going to the YMCA just to pay 5 dollars.

Very friendly staff, much more clean than before, I like coming to this gym.

They have reasonably priced membership options, but their free weights only go up to 60 lbs and they don't have squat racks, only smith machines. Staff is friendly, polite, and helpful.

Awful gym. They took over for Planet Fitness, doubled the price, changed the paint, and brought a bad attitude. Getting out of my contract was no picnic either. Good lawyers, bad gym operators. Now there is a 24 hour Planet Fitness about a mile away in Medford for $10 per month, that is much bigger, with brand new equipment, you never wait fora cardio machine, and the people are much better.Boston Sports Club, and Gold's are a mile away, so you can find a much better gym for $10 a month to $60 a month, depending on your needs.Don't sign a long term deal with this place. They probably wont't last.
