I don't have any complaints about this gym. The staff has always been polite to me and I've never felt like it's too crowded.I train here with Jenn and she's awesome. She's extremely knowledgeable, and super flexible when it comes to my (usually hectic) schedule. She pushes me to my limits but we have fun as we go so I'm always looking forward to the next session. I absolutely recommend asking for her by name if you're looking for a personal trainer.

Those people complain a lot the stuff team is so nice the gym it’s big,clean and beautiful... all the machine are brand new I love to work out over there

I was given a 30 day complimentary pass for the gym to try it out , when I finally decided to try it out the lady in the front desk told me in order to get the 30 free days I first needed to sign up. That makes no sense.

I would give 0 stars if it’s possible. The front desk lady was very rude .She assumed that I couldn’t speak English, and didn’t listen to a single thing I said. There was a sign outside that said “$24.99 per month with no commitment”, and when I asked for further elaboration on the sign, she didn’t listen to me and showed inappropriate body language towards me. I was very offended by the way she spoke and acted towards me.

I love this place is always clean. Everyone is always friendly. I want to thank the A Team personal training Team. My Body Transformation . My strength endurance my overall Performance is great. I would recommend this club and the Trainers.

I would like to thank all the staff that are working at Assembly Sports Club specially the people that are working at the front desk. I also would like to thank all the trainers A Team as well. I am so happy that I meet Coach Jerry. I am glad that Coach Jerry helped me to achieve my goal which is to loss weight. Coach Jerry is the nicest, toughest and funniest personal trainer that helps everyone to achieve there goals. I wold like to give a big shout to Coach Jerry for everything he made and planned for me.

Comparing my experience to these other reviews. I've never had someone on the staff berate me but they do seem aloof at the front counter at times. There are a lot of machines and not much open space because of that. It is clean and I think the loudness of the music has been turned down a bit. Good value for the monthly dues.

BUYER BEWARE!! This gym is a terrible experience! The weights are crammed into a small area, there is often a wait for the equipment, the staff seems aloof and does not monitor what's going on half of the time!There are several gyms in the area with better pricing and far superior facilities. I would not recommend this gym at this time!

I’ve been coming to this gym for over 17 years now and always enjoyed it here. I know most of the staff by name and same goes for the staff with my name. The personal trainers are friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great selection of equipment/drinks and even a cafe across the hall if you get to it in time. Check out Assembly sports Club it’s a great place and im sure they’ll be happy to give you a free tour. Ask for Jerry or Bridget my favorite peeps at the office.
