Fitness Connection

Excellent clean facility. Kids area is clean and surrounded by class making is easy to see what's going on. Women's only area. Great group classes. Zumba was great and spin class intense. It was great. Includes a basketball court and tons of equipment.

So I’ve been to a lot gyms in my life. This Forest Hillstaff is second to none. They were very welcoming when I was wanting to get a membership with them, they weren’t push, they didn’t try to trick me with fees. They were honest, kind and very helpful. Forest Hill is my new home gym, not going anywhere !

This is by far the best gym I’ve been to. It’s a nice environment and has the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Thalia is by far the nicest and most sincere person I’ve met there. If you’re looking for a new gym to go to this is the one!

I love going to fitness connection every day. The gym is always clean and professional. The equipment is second to none. The environment is amazing and Anaí and her team are always there to help. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

The trainers are very knowledgeable and very willing to help out. The atmosphere is amazing and calm. The facilities are brand new and kept clean. Plus my kids LOVE the play area that is for them. They never want to leave.

I hate that they changed the hours of operation , Saturday they open 8 CLOSE 5 pm SUNDAY THEY ARE CLOSED !!What I hate even more is Planet Fitness is right next door to them and they stay open till 7 on Saturday and Sunday the same hours 8am -7 pmI’m still with fitness connections but I doubt I’m gonna stay if the schedule hasn’t changed.Other than that I love this gym they always keep it sensitized , clean and the staff is so friendly.I really hope they fix the schedule

I had such a great experience today! It was my first time visiting Fitness Connection with my daughter and everyone was so friendly from start to finish. Although I didn’t join today, my daughter was so impressed by an amazing kids club attendant named Jennifer Lopez after my grandson came out of their child care full of excitement and going on and on about her.

My wife and I have a membership here, we bring our sons and let them play basketball in the kids play area. That’s all great. But asked to play basketball with my 9 year old son in the big baseball quart. Seeing it was slow, 10-15 min playing ball with my son would me very memorable. But a big “NO”. As they try to be a family oriented faculty. They rules shows their commitment to family values are shallow and need a lot of improvement to be desirable. Zero Respect for family values, This place went down in my eyes. This place is a profit center and sales are important, I will order my supplements off lone vs being the “support the local business type guy”. My last purchase was over $120. My wife, daughter and I use these supplements. I will bring my own water, vs buying waters every time. Yes I’m a little ticketed. We corporate companies put process over people. Both loose.

I love this gym! Even though a lot of people have signed up, there is enough equipment for everyone! Always clean, front desk staff is always welcoming and fast in checking you in! Great prices on their supplements and they know their stuff when asking about the supplements! I don't plan on ever leaving this gym!

Great location, friendly staff, love the basketball court and workout equipment. It has every thing you to reach you fitness goals.
