Fitness Connection

There is a wide array of equipment available and it is a very spacious gym. Definitely worth the money paid. However, my only complain is that there aren’t enough movable benches. There’s only two in the entire gym! I often find myself scavenging for either one of the two benches that I NEED to bench as the regular bench racks are too tall for my liking. Other than that, staff is friendly and equipment is pretty good quality.

Dom the manager said its store policy here, is to not let you, the customer use your phone number to check in more then 3 times. You will have to purchase a key tag to continue to use the services you have already paid for. It’s cheap, but there is no customer service here. I also have a membership at 24hr fitness, and I can bring 2 new guests every time I go. I cancelled my membership for me and my daughter here. They denied my daughter entrance even though they take 2 payments from me every month. I would say the employees here are lazy, management is not knowledgeable and ultimately they are crooks.

Great place to go to workout. The staff are friendly, courteous, & knowledgeable. Kudos to Eric & his staff.

Forest Hill location is filled with low quality people. There was a fight in the basketball courts recently and instead of calling police they send an employee who is 4’8” and a young female, to kick them out. The fight could of escalated …

I like it a lot, it has a gym, a play room for kids, woman's workout class, lots of personal training equipment, etc... really nice

Please go back to the 24-7 schedule because some of our work schedules aren’t equipped for those busy mid day or early morning hours at the gym. We are paying full price for half the hrs which is a rip off.

I've been going here for 6 months now and I'm always received kindly by staff and the gym is always clean.

It’s a really good place for working out😆 But I know coronavirus is still a big thing but STAFF please be careful who you come up to and say pull your mask up because someone came up to me and told me to my mask above my nose when I clearly had it above my nose and this also happened to my friend and my I’m 100% sure this happens to other people other then that it’s a good place.
