I have been working with Brandon for almost a year - time flies when you are getting in shape! I wanted to respond the reviewer who said "the environment is dark and echos". What?? It is a gym, not a foo foo, show off your leotard to get a date, gym. It is what I would call " a guy gym". I', not a guy, I'm a girl, but when I wanted to get back into shape, I wanted a guy gym. I wanted serious, no holds barred, do the work, not have to wear makeup, or do my hair, gym. There are no TV's, no AC blasting, no spa or sauna. If you want that, go to one of the chain places. If you want to understand your body, get in shape, SLOWLY, because you don't want to hurt yourself if you haven't really moved for a while, then NTX is your place. If you don't mind sweating, maybe swearing, and doing the work, then this is your place. If you are reading this, then you are looking for the next level of getting into shape. Don't let one bizarre review dissuade you from checking it out..

What I love most about NTX Strength and Conditioning is their commitment to learning their craft as personal trainers coupled with learning you as a person. I would explain my experience with the NTX approach to fitness as all encompassing: healthy diet, consistent exercise, and genuine happiness.Prior to NTX, consistent exercise and healthy dieting were my two biggest challenges. Like many others, my January will typically start off promising with consistent workouts and healthy dieting. However, by late February or early March my discipline towards both starts to wane: Consistent exercise becomes intermittent. Healthy diets are detrimentally swapped out with unhealthy portions of grease ladened bar food, carb heavy deliveries and sugar riddled treats.Last February, when I relocated to North Texas, I continued my yearly tradition of committing myself to exercise and a healthy diet. Almost a year later, I can proudly say that I consistently exercised and made decent strides in my diet. Quite honestly, it was probably my healthiest year as an adult. I attribute much of this success to my trainer Brandon at NTX Strength and Conditioning.Brandon is one of those people who loves to learn, educate, and execute. His love of learning also extends to wanting to know as much as he can about his clients, too. Brandon’s interest to learn about me today is just as strong as it was when we first met almost a year ago, in February 2021. Before Brandon, I assumed personal trainers concerned themselves strictly to what I defined as fitness—exercise and diet. And quite honestly, I wasn’t too far off. Brandon is primarily concerned about my fitness, but his definition of fitness encompasses so much more. To him my fitness journey was more about being happy in all realms in life—career, relationships, hobbies etc. For instance, at start of every session, Brandon peppers me with questions that seek to identify and address stressors that may inhibit consistent exercise and healthy eating. Furthermore, Brandon keeps adding new exercises which ultimately prevents stagnation and boredom. As fluffy and sentimental as this testimony is, I have made noticeable gains in my physical health and appearance. I have more muscular definition and improved stamina. However, the key to all this was consistency and consistency wouldn’t have happened had I not done a holistic diagnostic of my entire health. Thankfully, I have Brandon and his NTX crew to help me out!

When I first met Brandon and Kyri, I immediately liked them off the bat. They didn’t try to sell me anything (like most gyms), they simply educated me on what I needed to do to be healthy and I felt like that was the type of support I …
