Certainly the cleanest, most well lit, spacious, and highly air conditioned PF I’ve visited. Friendly staff. The black card area is huge and very well kept.The locker rooms are clean.Overall a massive PF location. It doesn’t get too busy here like other locations.Minus 1 ⭐️ because some of the equipment/machines are positioned at uncomfortably angles (free weights and back machines, feels a bit pervasive and too close when at the free weights), some equipment has awkwardly small support cushions (chest/back fly machine), and a few items clearly need a good tune up (squeaky leg adductor). I also noticed the folks on the smith machines were constantly borrowing weights from one another.I can overlook a lot of defects because of the cleanliness, spaciousness, and the fact it’s never super busy.

So I went in to today to sign up and I asked the employee what specials were going on for new members and he directed me to the iPads and told me he had no clue what the specials were. I then asked if it would be possible to get a Tour of the facility and asked what amenities were offered he then proceeds to tell me we don’t do that I’ve been to countless other gyms and other planet fitness locations that would happily give me a tour to see what amenities your offer. He flat out told me no I’m not going to do that you can have a good night. At this point I don’t think I want to give them my money and I’m going to find a new place to go work out even if I have to spend a little more money to get better customer service

I love it! It has everything you possibly need or want! Very clean, very nice staff, very orderly, prices are right, and they have much more than just all the workout equipment. Also, no one bothers you, tries to sell you anything, very laid back, it's the perfect workout place!! Of course my favorite color is purple also!! Gotta love it!
