I’ve been coming to this gym for about 3 months and I love it. The equipment is good quality, brand new, and they have everything you need. It is on the smaller side but they have great amenities like hydromassage beds and infrared saunas. The staff is always very welcoming especially Kylie and Emma.

Best gym!My husband and I found our forever home! Kylie and Emma are the best!! We always feel so happy to come in and chat it up with them. Very clean and nice equipment. Great value for the price we would recommend for everyone who is looking for a gym!

This is the best gym in Arlington. I’ve gone to many gyms and never felt satisfied. This is finally the place I feel comfortable to work out in. The front staff is incredible and so friendly! Kylie and Emma are so nice and always greet us with a welcoming smile!

Absolutely love this gym! The equipment is very well maintained and the outdoor area is great but what’s kept me here longer than any other gym is the staff. Everyone is personable and happy to give advice and tips on form and technique when asked.Big enough that I’m never waiting for machines or benches and small enough that all the trainer know your name.BIG shout out to Kylie, Liz, Emma, Logan, Luke, and Matt for making this gym an enjoyable place to be!!!10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend.

Nice gym, friendly staff, 24/7 availability. The only thing that is missing would be a heavy bag and a speed bag for boxing to make it even more than 5 stars :)

This place is pretty nice, all the weight machines and free weights you need to workout!! They have enough cardio machines to use. This gym doesn't charge a large monthly rate as most gyms do!!

Great gym. Everything’s clean, new, and well maintained. Is definitely my favorite gym I’ve ever had a membership at. Logan, Luke, and Matt are not only friends but fantastic employees who go above and beyond for their staff and members.

Love this gym so much!!! Lillian is a super awesome trainer. The morning staff (Matt, Logan & Luke) are super organized and great at what they do. I’m so glad I’ve finally found a gym that makes me feel motivated and comfortable.
