My name is Paul, I was out of town on a business trip and was looking for somewhere to work out, stop by the gym and had a great customer service from the moment of walking in the door. everybody was super friendly super helpful showed me a way even gave me some advice or maybe some of the dinner spots to go around town some of the healthier spots super interactive with me felt like I was at my home gym back in Ohio highly recommend it to anybody that is in the location area and or living in the area or just for a trip to stop bye.

I switched over to this location from the hurst location about 3 months ago and it was the best decision I’ve made! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the vibe is just overall way more positive and inspiring! This is the spot, see ya out there!

This gym is going to have the best manger running it! Lane is very uplifting and has a great personality! Definitely a great gym to be in! Workout anytime is the best gym ever!

Lane who is the General Mgr is great helping me achieve my goals ..Lane has taken the time to work with me and has guided me in my workout journey.
