This is the place. The sense of community here is palpable, and even as a first timer I felt very welcomed and encouraged. Bryan teaches an energetic, technical and thorough fundamentals class on Sundays that rocks. He is aware of his students and makes sure to demonstrate moves slowly, explaining things clearly. I also didn't feel a ton of pressure in this class, again being a first timer. Everyone was very welcoming.Heather teaches the women's class and is just absolutely awesome in every way possible. Warm, laid back, super welcoming and friendly, and a total badass on the mat. She is gentle, practical and professional and knows her stuff! I love taking her women's class. It feels extremely empowering. So happy to be a part of this team :) definitely check them out! You won't regret it!

I had a great experience for my first time training jiu jitsu. Even though it was first time and didn't know anything I felt welcomed and encouraged and learned a lot. I would highly recommend for anyone who is new and wants to try out jiu jitsu for the first time!

I had the opportunity to train at 10th Planet Denver while on a trip. Conor and his team are super welcoming and friendly. We brought in our friend who had never done jiujitsu before and he had a blast. As a black belt I’ve had the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the sport and Conor was amongst the best of them. If you are thinking of trying jiujitsu for the first time, or like me, traveling and need to get your fix; 10th planet denver is the spot to go.

--------- WARNING----------To all families that are interested in pursuing the 10 Planet system. I personally have never taken a class with Connor or Heather but my 3 kids and my wife have and they do start off by supporting you like a dojo should but if you disagree or do not understand something they are quick to turn on you and any past relationship that you thought you had with them is out the window remember families this is a business and they will do what's best for themespecially if you pay cash I'm sure when they read this post they will have there own version on what happen but as a martial artist I look for integrity and they did not display that in the art or in business I truly believe in the 10 Planet system only if the system is being taught. If you intend to take your children to be taught the 10th planet system please please ask questions how often are they teaching the system and is the system being taught by a blackbout not a student of a black belt. Also if a black belt tells you that they do not teach kid classes run as fast away from that school as possible because there's plenty of black belts jujitsu schools that are teaching kid classes.I definitely do not want anybody to misinterpret this post the teachers that were teaching the kids classes were not trained teachers they themselves were students not to much older than my son as a parent I trusted Conor and Heather with my kids and they in turn passed my kids on to some other kids if I wanted that I would have enrolled them at the YMCAAgain I am not discouraging anyone from pursuing the 10th planet system I personally think the 10th planet system is FIRE but only if it's being taught on a day to day basis That's what you're paying for unless you want your child to be an MMA fighter look for a dojo that teaches the system

Dropped in for class on Sunday. Great group of technical grapplers who were very welcoming to me as a visitor. Instruction was excellent and drilling was intense. Highly recommended.
