I like going to Orangetheory Fitness Applewood during my lunch break! I love the fact I can take the 45 minute class, take a shower, and get back to work! This is a very clean facility with super-friendly staff!

This is one of the best studios in Colorado!! I love the fact that I can go to any of the OTF studios anywhere and get my workout in. I bounce between OTF Arvada, Applewood, and Parker. All of the coaches and front desk staff are so friendly! I know what to expect when I walk in the door. It's my home away from home!

I love OT b/c the music is awesome, the variety of workout experiences (tread-mill, floor, and rower) mix it up. Before I know it, I've spent several minutes in cardio-healthy activity and several burning fat, so I can go about my day on an adrenaline high. The coach prompts help push me to my personal best, and the front desk staff is both welcoming upon entering and celebratory upon exit.

This place is so supportive of all athletic levels! In the last few years here I’ve made great friends, great strides in my strength and speed and still feel challenged! Coach Amanda, the head coach, has continued to support me and all of us here to be our best selves!!! All the coaches here are truly awesome. I highly recommend!!!!

Orange theory fitness in Applewood is awesome! I love the community, the friendly front desk people (who know every member by name- very impressive!) and all the coaches that are always encouraging you and helping you achieve your personal goals. Coach Amanda is one of those coaches, she is knowledgeable and always smiling. She inspires me and is incredibly kind. She will demonstrate the exercises and also teach why we do them and what and how to activate the right muscle groups to get the most out of the exercises. I LOVE her classes. Actually I love all the coaches, they are easy to talk to and always supportive. No matter your fitness level they can help and you never feel judged. It is a safe place and a friendly environment. I have been going to OTF since they opened their doors. Even after all these years I still learn something new when I go in. I love how the workouts change every day and I can just walk in and not have to think about what I’m going to do. My favorite part (after the coaches and community of members, of course) are all the benchmarks that help you see your improvement. They give you something to work toward and make it fun in the meantime. Going to OTF helps keep me consistent and accountable, plus it is a great break/ get away from all the other stress/distractions in life.Mia
