I went to this location from January 2023 to September 2023. The bathrooms are always dirty. The urinals always smelled. They sent review requests to me several times. I told the location about the issues and nothing is DONE.If you want to deal with highschool kids taking over the equipment, go to this location. It is their "social place". Their parents dont want to deal with them, so they drop them off there. The free weights and bench press area was always way too busy.I have moved to another state where the 24 hours locations are a lot better.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I wanna start off by saying I’ve been going to 24 hour fitness for 6 years, and usually 4 times a week. I prefer working out past 10 PM so 24 is the best option. I’ve never had any issues with the other people working out, vice versa. The folks at this gym have terrible gym etiquette.I was loading up my bench and some old guy starts screaming and cussing at me. Apparently, he was gonna use the 10s I was using. Keep in mind, when I grabbed these 10s, they weren’t on a bar, they were untouched on a plate tree, and this guy was no where to be seen when I grabbed them. The same guy proceeded to put four 10s on each side of the bench, between each set, he uses other machines. Of course, he doesn’t re rack weights, just leaves the 45s on the bench then goes home. If I see loaded weights then I assume it’s being occupied. Dude got mad I took weights he was GONNA use just to leave plates on the bar. There was another guy doing T’s three inches away from the dumbbell rack. I get that you wanna be close to the mirror, but you’re preventing people from grabbing the weights in front of you. It’s not my job to tell people to move, or to re-rack weights. The staff could really make a difference by patrolling a little bit.Every time I’m at this gym, the old guy who racks four 10s just mean mugs me. I have kids and job, there’s no time to beef with TRT Santa. I’ve been at this gym for just two weeks and already feel un welcomed. The other 24s in Aurora and Lone Tree had friendly atmospheres. This review might seem anecdotal, but it really only takes one or two bad apples to ruin a gym. The same way a girl might wanna leave a gym if a guy takes creep shots of her.I’m still planning on keeping my membership as 24 has all the equipment I need and I love being able to work out all hours of night. Just writing to review to warn potential gym goers that main character symptom has plagued this gym.

At least it's ACTUALLY 24 hours. I have to drive 30 minutes to this one instead of 5 to the one near me that has community rec center-type hours. They could do with a little more cleaning of the sauna and especially the pool(little kids have swim classes, pool reeks of pee half the time) though.

Only reason I can't give 5 stars is that I think the place could be cleaned a little better. I also wish there were more classes.

Simple and straightforward gym! Comes with more options, than I imagined, for such a good price! And the staff, at the time of this posting, are chill and helpful! Just beware of the rush!

Nice gym, great equipments and friendly staff.I am big fan of 24 hour fitness clubs overall. This one specific has a noticeable amount of teens that frequent the club daily, they usually hang around equipments just chatting which is annoying for those that just want to exercise. It’s always pretty hot in the gym and super busy after 4pm until 9pm ish
