I love Alpine Crossfit. The staff is amazing. I visited a couple of crossfit outfits before I chose one. This was by far the place I felt most comfortable. Cannot say enough good things. Come check out a free class offered every Saturday morning.

This is an amazing place, with amazing people. Alpine has everything a box can offer: great coaches, low egos, family friendly, and programming that will meet the needs of both newcomers and competitors. Before you sign up with another Arvada gym, do yourself a favor and at least try this one out. If you're not currently satisfied with your gym, stop by and see what Alpine has to offer. It's a great place to find and maintain your fitness. Best Arvada Crossfit - by far.

I have been cross fitting since 2009 and have gone to dozens of gyms. I love the people, coaches and community at Alpine Crossfit. I immediately felt welcomed by by the better athletes and those who were in the running for most improved. The facility is clean and does not smell like a locker room. The equipment is great and the class sizes are managed well so you feel safe and that you have adequate room to complete your WOD.

I have never been a part of a CrossFit gym as incredible as this one. The coaching staff is awesome and the programming is challenging and really helps with building great fitness for casual CrossFitter's all the way up to competitive athletes. I have been a part of this community for 4 years and the owners continue to work on making Alpine the best gym possible year after year.

This Crossfit gym is lots of things. It's a CF gym obviously but also has a whole other room for weightlifting. 4 main platforms and multiple staggered platforms amongst the rubber mats. Almost every toy & possible for whatever you may need. Sleds, Yoke, GHD's, reverse hyper, kilo plates to get you well versed in the sport for meets, a mobility room with free access to ROMWOD & a ton of bumper plates and bars for metcons and other crossfitty things! Annie, the owner who took over almost a year ago is amazing. You can almost always find her there coaching, doing a foundations class or working out herself. The coaches are top notch (not biased at all, wink-wink) We have two Level 2 coaches and our head coach Nate Bacott basically graduated with a degree in positive coaching and making dreams come true. BUT the best part of Alpine Crossfit is the people that come in daily. Early mornings to evening atheltes, we have the best crew. No one new can come to a class and walk out, NOT have being greeted by at least 10 people. A lot of people think they have to be in shape to start crossfit but all they have to be is ready to make a change in their life. Alpine is a great place to start once you've decided that for yourself.

I have been coming to Alpine CrossFit since December 2012. It is a great CrossFit gym with excellent coaching and programming. The group of individuals who attend this gym and make up the Alpine community are kind, caring and encouraging. I highly recommend this place if you want top get fit, swoll or make friends with a great group of people!

I originally came to Alpine (and crossfit in general) about a month and a half ago. I used to do some Olympic lifting in a distant past and decided to give crossfit a try. Alpine has surpassed my expectations. The coach's here care about your technique and safety as well as giving you a great workout. The community has been great as well and very friendly to my fiance and myself. Highly recommend to those looking!

When I joined Alpine I knew nothing about Crossfit or if Alpine was a good gym or not. Now after having been a part of the Alpine community for 18 months I feel truly fortunate for having landed here. I have never been a member of another Crossfit gym but based on what I have heard from the numerous Alpine members who have come from other gyms, and some other friends too, I think Alpine is offering a superior Crossfit experience to its members. The coaches here have a ton of experience and know how to work with people of all fitness levels. The sense of community here is also extremely strong. If you have thought about trying Crossfit you should really consider coming to a free Saturday class to check it out!
